I was impressed with the efficiency with which Merchants runs its communications with a possible new customer! The girls at the front desk were very specific in answering the many questions I had about the whole process! I would call them about specific items and they were always willing to shed light on whatever I needed to know! I felt very comfortable asking those ladies at the front desk anything I needed and always knew they would have a positive answer for me!The actual move was also a thing of beauty! The driver, *************************, was recommended to me by my daughters neighbor! **** was awesome from the beginning! He took charge talking to his two helpers about where, how, and what to start the process of moving the contents of my house onto the big truck! I liked that rubber mats were laid down on the stairs, and a path into every room! We didnt wear shoes in our house so I was very relieved to see the care they took to protect my carpet! **** and the two workers worked in sync with each other, never stopped working although talked among themselves but never stopped doing the actual work! There was a good possibility for snow on the route that **** was to take to my destination and found out that he made the decision to drive that same day and into that night to get over the mountain pass before the snow! So, **** worked 16 hours that day and made it to the destination late that night! That shows the seriousness that **** takes his job! **** was very respectful, easy to talk to and he worked as hard next to the two workers, maybe more as he did the paperwork , too!I would definitely recommend Merchants Moving Company to anybody who plans a move! You will be completely happy and completely satisfied!

Great communication with office. Frequent updates on arrival times. Great team arrived to unload our PODS container. They put down plastic sheeting on the carpets and drop cloths on the hardwood floors. Very courteous, professional and quick. Pricing was very good. We would certainly use them again if needed.

Top notch service. We needed to move a few heavier furniture, washer dryer pieces out of the way when we had our floors redone. Merchant Moving didn't blink an eye on the smaller job. We were treated with golden gloves. The mover showed up promptly to remove and then to replace our furniture. **** at Merchant movers is a great communicator all the way through the process and made sure that everything was on schedule.There will be no doubt that we will use this company in future moves.

****** and ***** were very polite and professional. They were very careful with my Dad's furniture. No damage was done. They took apart furniture, wrapped it up , moved it to the new place, and put it all back together right where I wanted it. **** at the office was very helpful & nice. I would use them again and recommend them to everyone. Great team and reasonable prices! Thanks Merchant Moving and Storage for making the move so much easier!
