Multiple attempts have been made with this company to discontinue our service and the automated calls going to our local fire department. We have not been successful. Here is a brief recap of the conversations that have taken place, mainly from our end. We do not seem to get responses from Johnson Controls. In January of this year, the District made the decision to discontinue service with Johnson Controls. After multiple phone calls trying to communicate this decision with your company, we were able to get a contact for facilitating this request. Our county Fire Chief is still getting calls. This has become a source of frustration. Please cancel our account and remove all automatic calls for our system immediately. On Monday, July 3rd at 8:19 am, I received a text from our local fire department chief, *************. The text read: I'm getting a call every day now from Johnson's alarm. They call from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. even on Sunday at 7:06 in the morning. We would like to have our automated calls and contract discontinued, as requested.Business response

This contract has been cancelled thru our cancellation process. There was a mistake during the cancelation process and miscommunication with our teams.
