I was laid off on November 9th by Trademark heating and cooling or technically their parent company Right now heating and cooling and my issue is Im still waiting for part of my pay. They let go of my old manager so I dont have contact with the local office. I have called more than 4 times in the last 2 weeks and every time Im told that there is no one there to take my call that can handle the situation. For the last two phone calls, they told me they would send my message over to a manager. Still no call back. I would just like to get paid for the work I did.Review from Stephanie J

$26,000 for DAMAGED goods.Equipment installed quickly. Didn't work from the outset. Numerous days and an absurd number of hours and disruption all in their efforts to correct the poorly managed installation. Then the techs DAMAGED the fins and potentially coils behind said fins and Trademark REFUSES to take responsibility and replace the damaged parts. Oh, it's good enough by their standards. Well, I don't know about you, but I didn't set out to spend literal THOUSANDS of extremely hard fought dollars for DAMAGED GOODS. No offer for replacement of the damaged parts. No offer to issue partial refund for the DAMAGED GOODS they effectively sold us. No offer of apology. No offer of a blessed thing. And horrendously delayed response to inquiry after inquiry for some client service on the matter. We were once loyal clients - from the time we moved here in 2006 **Until Now.*** I will no longer recommend Trademark Mechanical to anyone. Not for anything.Trademark Heating and Cooling Response

****************** - Were sorry to see that youre upset, but were afraid that theres been a fairly large misunderstanding as your equipment is in no way, shape, or form damaged. During the manufacturing process the fins on the outside of your coil can be bent slightly; this is a normal part of the manufacturing process and does not affect the systems performance, its longevity, or its value. It is simply a very, very common cosmetic blemish. This can also be confirmed by contacting the manufacturer if you dont wish to take our word for it. You have made an incredible investment into your home, and were certain your brand new, damage free equipment will provide you with years of *****************.Review from Amanda G

They had a sponsored ad for a tune-up on A/C and furnace, as well as a water tank flush. I needed only the water tank flush, but figured I'd have them all done for $58.Two techs split up, one handling the A/C and the other the *************** tank. After a while, one came back inside, telling me about some serious issues with the furnace. Through the explanation, he asked when the house was built (2012), stating the hot water tank was manufactured in 2006 and the furnace ****. He told me that because they are so old, I'm basically looking at needing to replace the unit and could expect an expense of several thousand dollars. The tech working on the A/C came in and told me it looked good, which I stated was great since it was installed in Fall 2022. He then told me it was manufactured in 2008.So, while they wrapped up, I proceeded to call the builder for my house, upset why they would put such old equipment in my 2012 built house and prepared myself to call the company that installed my AC.When signing paperwork, they told me it was shady that such old equipment was being used but that they would come in the next day to replace. They immediately called to get me on the calendar tomorrow to have someone bid a new furnace at a minimum, but prepared me to replace the hot water tank as well.Fortunately, after they left, I began looking up manufacturer information. I was able to confirm that the A/C unit was manufacturer just months prior to the install and the furnace and water tank just months before the house was completed in 2012.At the end, I'm unsure if my water tank was flushed. Whether this was an innocent misunderstanding of reading the serial number, it's hard not to feel upset that fear was used to push me into potentially spending several thousands of dollars. I did call them on this, as well as pointing out to the builder and the installed of our A/C that this inaccurate information may be getting out to other customers.Review from Lisa T.

Replacing old electric with new gas furnace and water heater Well, I would love love love to give a great review! But, no, first the sales guy, ***, told us the wrong date they would be here, then they set the new furnace where the old one was but couldnt get on the roof, due to too much snow, to install the chimney and left big holes in the walls around the furnace that we had to plug so the cats couldnt get in the walls. Then when they came back a week later to do the chimney and finish the furnace install (no furnace for heat during that time) they set the outside pipe off center. So they had to come back to fix that but they didnt. It was the same. Then they had to come back to fix the gas lines that they had rubbing on the water tank and the purge valve was too close to the shut off valve for the water line. Couldnt move the shut off valve. They sent a guy to fix that. He kinda fixed it but he made the water line rub on the chimney. And said that the line rubbing on the water heater was ok but he wouldnt do it like that. He also asked if the silver insulation above the furnace was like that (it was all messed up and they had stashed some of the old stuff behind our freezer) and I told him no it wasnt like that ever and he said I wouldnt leave it like that And then he just left. Then we called and the manager came out and got the leaning outside pipe fixed, the water lines and gas lines going where they should be going, and the insulation wrap put on right. We definitely would not recommend this company. The manager also told us he would look into compensation for the crappy service but again crickets. Nothing from them since the beginning of January. Except about the state inspector last week. Their communication ****. You cannot count on them to call back without leaving several messages first. Not sure about the ****** and ******* ones but definitely we do not recommend the one in sagle. They dont seem to know what theyre doing.Review from Esequiel V

Dishonest business. I was given a written promise that my dispatch fee of $99 would be waived if I agreed to repair work being scheduled with them. This promise was given me in writing. They went back on their word. They also had no idea whether the estimate of work to be accomplished would fix the problem. Who in their right mind would do business with a shady company such as this? Additionally, the technician that visited me seemed completely clueless and on my issues and appeared to be playing a quessing game. He did not have his own repair manuals with him. The four hour visit (dispatch fee) he made was a waste of my money and my time. Surely there are more competent and *********** companies in my area with whom doing business with would be a pleasure.Review from J. K.

We had them install a new furnace and added receptacles to make the air-conditioning reach the upstairs better. The added vents did nothing to help. They only wanted to sell us a bigger air-conditioner after what they just put in did nothing. When they installed the new furnace, they added a cluster of wires that will not turn on to any new thermostat and they wanted to charge us $150 to show up to look at their own work. They said it's been over 2 years and we do not believe that your electrician knows what he is talking about. You should not have to pay them to come do the warranty work they promised us that we would have for 5 years. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and I would not recommend this company.Trademark Heating and Cooling Response

We take great care in excellence in service to our customers. It is dishartening to hear that a neighbor or friend or company you hired to come out and make alterations to your system did not work. We are always honored to help in any way we can - the install and the issues mentioned are a couple of years apart with no calls to us about system issues until this alteration was completed. We didn't know there was an issue nor were we called to schedule a recommended maintanance. If you would like us to come and assess what is now happening since the alterations were made we are happy to do so... however, we can not warranty what someone else was called out to change on your system. Above all we want your system to work and you to be happy with the outcome, we really do care. Blessings to you and yours.Customer Response

Once again, they are trying to blame someone else for their shady work. The system was not installed properly and that caused the system to clog up. Trademark was called to come look at the furnace and they wanted $150 to show up. Another company came and fixed the clog. No work was done on the system, and they are already trying to blame other companies, so they do not have to be responsible for the warranty. That's ok it is documented with another company that they did not do any work except fix a clog. A good reliable company would stand by their work, call the customer to fix the problem not just try and cover their tracks and blame other companies. It was Trademarks work and they do not want to stand by it.
