      If anyone wants to stay at the Budget Saver Hotel in Coeur dAlene ID DO NOT. They were extremely rude from the get go. We paid $500 for two nights. Didnt want to give us enough blankets or sheets for our family to sleep. Then we had found P*** in our bed. They refused to believe it even with literal proof. They said we called them liars because they thoroughly check their beds. ?? this was the blonde woman managerTHEN when we brought them the proof they told us to get it out of their office and they cant have it in there, so we told them we can have it in our room though? So they told us they would come and inspect it so we left our sheets outside the door on the ground. All of a sudden, our door gets BUSTED OPEN by the other manager who I believe was the blonde girls significant other. He busted through our hotel door SCREAMING profanities and telling us we need to pack our s*** and get the f*** out and we are not welcome at their hotel and much much more. Flailing and screaming at us and our children. Refused any sort of compensation. This was the worst hotel experience Ive had, and the WORST customer service I have experienced staying somewhere. Absolutely RUDE. The other tenants who live there are also absolutely rude. If youre in Coeur dAlene do NOT stay at Budget Saver on ******* Ave, You WILL regret it.

      First off you rented 2 rooms for 2 nights each.  The one single room for $89.95 per night, and the other room a suite for $139.95 per night.  Second and most important, you were not asked to leave, and you stayed for both nights in both rooms, and no one barged into your room and told you to leave.  Next you asked for bedding for the hide-a-bed in the suite, which was already in the room in drawers in the dresser.  The p*** you mention was from you changing the child's diaper on the clean sheets.  Next you came into the office making a seen in front of other guests, which is completely rude to our other guests.  It was very obvious to the staff that you were making things up to get your room comped, and when you didn't you were very rude to my staff.  When you left, the rooms were completely trashed and took a lot of extra time to clean.  You have been red flagged in our computer as a bad guest, please do not return to our property.

      This is a dishonest business and I want to warn others. I made reservation for a room, by cellphone at noon August 4th, while traveling West on I-90. The person who took the reservation said they closed the office at 10PM, but that was no problem as our projected arrival time was before 8PM. At 7PM we were blocked in traffic on I-90 due to the head-on accident that had occurred hours earlier. As soon as we could get cell signal, 8PM, we notified the motel of our predicament. They again said the front office closed at 10PM. Westbound traffic had just begun to crawl at 8:30 and we had cell signal, so we again called to motel. We were rudely told they closed at 10PM, that several others with reservations had also called, but there was no way to get a room after 10PM and no possibility of a key being left out.By 11:30PM we were able to get to ******* and take a room there. When we got our credit card bill and saw we had been charged for a room, we called the motel and were told their policy was to charge if reservations weren't cancelled 24 hours before, and that the email they sent explained that. There was never an email or text and nothing said about that when we made the reservation, or we would not have made the reservation.On the motel website there is nothing said about the 24 hour ahead cancellation policy, BUT there is a note there is a bell that can be rung for late arrivals!I sent a certified letter of appeal to the motel on August 18, citing the unusual circumstances including that their staff made no mention of the 24 hour cancellation policy. It was received by a person at the business on August 20. However, since I got no response, I called the motel this morning and asked about the status. The woman who answered the phone said if I hadn't heard anything, then the decision had been made to deny my appeal and it was final. When I asked about other appeal options she got very rude and loud, so I eventually hung up as she ranted.Avoid at all costs!
