It was a two-part transaction; the first transaction was a key purchase for $90. At that time the gentleman who cut my key for me told me that if I needed a key programmed that there would be no additional charge to do so, however, I would have to have the vehicle towed to the shop. Upon having the car towed to the shop, the service advisor ***** informed me I would have to pay an additional $180 for which I have no receipt I'm pretty sure they will give me one though once I have the work completed.Business response

Customer showed up with a vehicle he had towed into our store. He was quoted the price to cut and program a key for his vehicle that he had lost. Service was rendered as quoted and paid for by the customer.

It is not possible to list all of the lies these people have told in ***** characters. It isn't even possible to identify who we did business we because of the nature of how this massive conglomerate is designed. It is a insult to businesses to use that nomenclature in reference to George Gee, it is a scam not a business. Those in control hide behind layers of DBAs, to protect themselves from all the harm caused by their employees who are likely rewarded for causing harm. Gee damaged my car. They know it. They admit it, they documented it but they feel that they are can do whatever they want, that there are no rules that apply to them. Their failure to assemble my car correctly damaged the motor. They know this is a fact yet the refuse to accept responsibly for the harm they caused because of the age and mileage on the car? At what age and mileage do I stop having property rights? All supporting documents are available upon request. All documents have been provided by Gee family of scams. I brought my car to a Kia ********** expecting a *********** center to diagnose my car, but I got an invoice from Gee automotive and a receipt from GMC. This cartel is designed to defraud customers. Who did I do business with? Why are the invoice and receipt from other companies? Giving this cartel anything other than a buyer beware rating is a disgrace to the entire notion of a BBB. A+ for what? Greatest con? Best scam?Business response
