6/13/24 Purchased a used 2021 Flagstaff ***** 19FD from Happy Camper RV Sales, LLC in ********, **. ***************************** was the finance manager who assisted with the sales purchase and loan agreement with America ******************* I was extremely exhausted and sleep deprived at the time of purchase due to some personal life events that had recently passed, I was very ***** to purchase ************* for $995 and a service contract warranty for $2495 but was assured that I had 30 days after the purchase if I changed my mind that I could cancel it for a full refund which would be credited back to my loan amount. Several calls were made from 6/17/24-6/20/24 to contact **** to cancel the Gap and ******************* 6/20/24 **** sent an email with a form to sign to cancel the warranty and gap insurance.6/25/24 The form was signed and returned by email.7/11/24 Checked my loan and there have been no credits back to my account. I called **** and left voicemails x2 and sent an email. I called the ********************* for the warranty and gap insurance and they have no record of any attempt to cancel my accounts and requested I continue to attempt to contact Happy Camper RV of ********, ID who continues to not answer their phones or return my voicemails. I am quickly approaching 30 days from the purchase and would like to receive a full refund for the ************* and warranty insurance as was promised. I feel like I was unfairly taken advantage of given my extreme fatigue which I expressed during the purchase and was not entirely sold on purchasing the additional warranties and only did so at the time because I was told it was only offered at that time but was assured that I had up to 30days to cancel once I slept on it and had a moment to reflect and could change my mind for a full refund.Customer response

Happy Camper did finally return my call and said the issue has been resolved but will take a few weeks to process. Thank you.
