      Incomplete order. I received my incomplete order back on May 10, 2023 ( Order #*****). I reached out on May 11th for support as what I received was missing product. ********************* "Fulfillment Mngr" confirmed that what I ordered was supposed to have the parts - but they were out and would ship them by the end of the week to complete. I reached out again May 22 to ask to return what I recvd and get a refund. ***** proceeded to let me know that they were on the way. June 7th I reached out again to ask for a refund..... no product, no returns, no credit. Horrible company.

      Place a order on a item that they had in stock. Order was process and showed out for shipping. Had to reach out to them after a few weeks to find out why my items were not showing any movement in the shipping process. They replied that they were waiting on a few more items to arrive here shortly and will ship as soon as it comes. It has been almost 3months and everytime ask what the eta was they wouldn't give a direct answer so I got my refund. Why would you not give a direct answer or eta. Sounds shady to me! I wouldn't order from this place again.

      I find it irresponsible for a business to never reply to emails or answer the phone. For this reason, I rather take my money elsewhere.

      I called TV yesterday and spoke to a lady on the phone and told her what service I needed and she said yeah we can do that. The Lady who took my call said that the tech in charge of the service i needed was busy and could call back. I said OK and gave her my contact info. The next day still no call back so I called back to the business and no answer, voice messages full. I was really counting on that call back and none provided. IMO Taco Vinyl *****

      First off, any reviews left on their products on their website can be deleted, so don't trust anything you see. I ordered the Shaka Grill badge for my ******************** and the badge does not fit the *** grill. When asking if there are any badges with longer threaded bolts, I was met with "maybe check ********** or something". I would have returned the product, but it is $15 to ship back and they take a percentage for "restocking". It was because they deleted my initial review that I will be posting reviews on other sites.

      I ordered a gen 1 tacoma grill from then and they had lead times ar 2-4 weeks when i bought it. That is understandable and i have been very patient asking for updates every so often. However, it has been almost 5 months since i ordered and still have not received anting. Every time i ask for a update they give me a excuse why its not available yet. Such as a ship wreck destroying all the grills but they ordered new ones and will be in a week, but when i ask again they have another excuse or tell me they sent it out to other people before me. I paid over 200 dollars for this and i cannot wait any longer. Im tired of there seemingly made up excuses and if they cannot send me my grill that i paid for i need a refund soon

      Hey *****, thanks for the review and letting us know how we can serve you better. The listed lead time for this grille is 4-8 weeks. The time you have been waiting has been unacceptable and we're doing all we can to get these grilles in. Due to the shipping clogs nationwide we also listed that there will extended shipping delays. As we've communicated with you things have changed and all of it has been out of our control. As much as you think our reality is "stories" it doesn't change the fact that our manufacturer messaged us letting us know the grilles were destroyed at sea. Accidents happen and all we can do is adjust and do our best. We're happy to send over a refund.

      Again thank you, i have just been frustrated with the wait and ive been told times and then im never informed something has happened until i message you guys again even tho i think the grill might be on the way. I would like a refund if i cant get the grill. I would still like to receive what i payed for i just need at least some communication. Tell me if something happens so im not just waiting thinking my product is on the way. I recently asked for a update in email and still have received no response so i would really appreciate a accurate update when my grill is going to arive thank you
