As a consultant, I am ashamed to work with this company. This company talks about simplicity, ************************** But really they only care about themselves and who's making the most sales aka who's making THEM the most money. I have made them almost $50k in the last 2 years and I've only made about $10k BEFORE paying $3k in taxes. It's definitely a scam. They also don't abide by their lifetime warranty. I have several of their most expensive items which is the Scentsy air Purifiers that I paid $250 a piece for & they are the WORST. They don't work at all and when I reached out to get a replacement for one that constantly has the red light on when it shouldn't I was told that since it's been over 6 months since I purchased the product, I'd have to first pay a $45 processing fee for a replacement. $45 on TOP of the $250 i already paid for it? That's absolutely absurd. They're just greedy greedy people who only care about how much money they can take from ALL of us who are lower than them as well as our customers. People living paycheck to paycheck and just lining the pockets of these greedy people. It's disgusting and you can't say anything bad about scentsy online otherwise the scentsy "cult" will come after you. These people are brainwashed and it's disgusting to watch. People are brainwashed too easy these days and it definitely shows.Review from Sandra B

I've just spent 30 (no joke) minutes on the phone with customer service. ***** has shown my package "OFD" for 3 straight days. ***** drives by...doesn't stop. Hour later, email from ***** says "delivery exception". Bars were shipped from ** to AL a week ago during a heatwave. I'm told I have to put up with this "we are delivering it today...oh wait...no we aren't"...for ANOTHER week before they will do ANYTHING. Wax will be melted by now wherever it is. Despite the fact they can SEE that the package hasn't been delivered yet I still have to wait & will have to send photographic proof of the melted bars IF they do arrive. I can't get a refund or even a reshipment until another week has gone by. ***** has been a failure of a shipping company for years now. In our state we had a HUGE scandal with a driver throwing packages away a few Christmases ago. I will wait the additional week then I'm filing a actual BBB complaint.Scentsy, Inc. Response

This company should really consider who they hire or let sell their products. There is one consultant that is well let me put it nicer, a mean girl. She likes to bash people's religions, bash people that work under her if they don't sell enough and she also actually tries to get people to buy other scents other than Scentsy. she is a major hypocrite and the fakest person that I have ever known and she is the reason I will no longer sell or buy Scentsy again.Review from Lottie H

I am a consultant going on being a former consultant I never known such an uncaring company as Scentsy Im very disappointed in this . Scammers can contact Scentsy consultant through the Scentsy website under contact me . It shouldnt always be about if a scammer has a past with you or not a Scentsy consultant should be provided protection against scammers from other countries. Scentsy consultant should not have to sumbit anything through Scentsy ideas to get the owners to do anything about protecting their consultants against unwanted contact from scammers. I have written customer support about quitting for my safety and mental health and ***** my upline was told I am done too. I hope everyone understands why I am quitting its for my own mental health and safety I am totally done and I dont want any contact from any Scentsy consultant because they arent all trained how to treat people either by the directors. I received my order, the mini warmer was scuffed, paint is coming off, and it was missing the washer. When I contacted ***-***as friendly, tried to assist, requested that I send an email with pictures of the warmer. She agreed that there were issues with the mini warmer and that I could get a replacement. However, based on the quality and appearance of this damaged mini warmer, I wanted to get a replacement, but with a different warmer at the same price. For this to happen, I would have to pay an additional $10 delivery fee and return my damaged product. They are only able to replace with the same item, once they receive the conformation that you mailed the original back. For mailing the original back, you would need to print a label (or wait for them to mail you one), box your item, and find a ***** location to mail it back. I asked to speak to a supervisor, O***, and was also told this and that I was not able to get a refund for my defective product, just a replacement, but only once I print the label, box the item, find a ***** location near me, and mail the item. Then, and only then, would they send a replacement. When they continued asked me about my Scentsy consulate, I informed them that I had never had a consultant and the one that was just assigned has yet to reach out. I asked O***, if they could contact my Scentsy consulate and he responded that Scentsy does not have contact with the consultants and that it had been this way for 15 years. I am so disappointed with this company, and I have been buying from them since 2017 (7 of the 15 yrs that O*** mentioned).Review from Nadine Marie B

As a customer I think the company out of good faith should resend the products that I had ordered cause it was sent to the wrong address.My consultant did everything in her power n the Scentsy company came back n said they couldn't help with the redilverly of my things I ordered.I will never ever order from them again n I will spread the word out n hoping other people's won't have this problem like I had.Thank you *********************Review from Amber P.

Was skeptical of using this fragrance company for months due to previous DS companies & other retail stores fragrance items causing headaches or allergies. After successful results for 5 months with the wax, *************** products on myself and my little boys, I realized THIS was different. My consultant was wonderful & explaining alot to me. I chose to have a ********* joined, for free. It was the best decision I ever made for my family, myself, my friends, my physical health, mental ****************** Scentsy provides you with endless training ****************** they are very Family oriented & I did other DS before & I never saw a company like this. They do what they can to protect ********** us as well as their customers. They care about making *************** safe & simple.They are not perfect and nobody or no company is, but in a Pandemic and an Economy that is falling apart, they are doing everything above and beyond to help those in need & give back.I ****% stand by their Company, products, employment, and Family and will never turn back.Review from Chrystal S

I had order scentsy sparys at event on June 20,22. I had reached out to consultant on July 2,22 that sparys would be delivered week or so. Did not hear back from them I had reached on again on July 17,22 saying my package would be able to be delivered on July 18 as she had melts that needed to be delivered first. Since than I have reached out not heard back. I just want my refund back please as I have yet to receive it. This horrible service when I should not be reaching out to find were my products are not heard back.consulant is **** have emailed scensty support team not heard back in 2 days
