In 2021, at a time when my family was in crisis, I was desperate to find a way to support my family on my own. I was inspired by the promotional videos for this program, and had a lot of ideas to work with toward creating my own business, as outlined in the course. However, after a few months, events unfolded that prevented me from engaging with the materials. I thought the lifetime access I purchased would mean that the course would be there for me when I was able to return to it.I regret that I spent so much money that I didnt have (using a credit card) on courses that are no longer accessible due to this organization suddenly ceasing operations. Despite the fact that I was promised lifetime access, my saved login information is no longer working. I am now unable to access the courses I paid for and no one is responding to my emails. Through the ******** groups I was included in when I signed up, I have been able to get in touch with many other customers who are having this same experience. There is no response from any of the contact emails provided on this businesss website.I understand that the owner of this business is in prison for involuntary manslaughter, and I feel sad for everyone involved. However, I dont understand why her staff wouldnt be keeping the business going for her while shes unable to do so. It seems like there would have been a plan in place in the event that the owner became indisposed for any reason.I dont understand, since shes had so many endorsements from reputable sources. This is a huge disappointment. I know the owner of this business can get back on her feet when she returns from prison. I wish someone would help.Review from Delana A

I bought this online program and after 3 days I knew it wasnt good. I continued on and at module 8 I asked for a refund. I was asked to send copies of all 8 modules in order to get the refund. I had no way to do that because Im limited and no money. I didnt know about this part ******* made it sound so simple to be able to get a refund if anyone wasnt satisfied. Im stuck and not happy. She lied and. Made it hard to get my money back with this policy I got from here that wasnt disclosed at the time of payment. This money was all I had in hopes for a better future and now Im stuck with a course that is worth that enormous amount of money. Never will I buy anything from her again.Review from Colleen M

Unethical conduct. This sham of a company lures you on with promises of refund if youre not satisfied. Once they have your money they present their deceptive hoops to jump through in 10 days. None of which is presented before they get your money. Clearly a business and person who is dishonest and cares nothing about people.Review from Darlene N

What a disappointment. After listening to the hype speech on ******** Live I signed up. I was under the impression once you completed the 14-day course in your own pace you had the opportunity to cancel. I work full time, busy schedule and went through the videos in about 2 wks. Decided this was not a good fit for me. I sent my cancellation notice and was told I would not be given a refund for the next 3 payments of $199 ea as I did not cancel in time!? What a joke. This is a scam. Read everything and I mean everything! These people are money hungry scammers!!!Review from Kirsten F

Im an experienced legal secretary who made certain to do my due diligence in order to get my refund, but it still required me to become assertive with a representative; the ****** is the same with anything - be very careful with a money back guarantee (***). The worth of this course depends largely upon the sophistication of the buyer (true of any such program). The issue that I ran up against with the *** was that a last-minute effort was made to change the terms (Im willing to give a small benefit of the doubt). Bottom line: Be prepared to protect and assert your rights (in any situation).I may have been dealing with someone inexperienced, but I also made certain to complete all of the free modules - and take copious notes - ahead of schedule (2-3 days before the end of the 2 wks.), and then to make contacts via 3 different forums in order to alert staff that my cancellation was becoming a factor. Those efforts were ignored until the last day, and then I was told that I needed to submit completed worksheets, which was neither a part of the pitch nor the disclosures - and I know how to read the fine print (and between the lines); were told to actually go through all of the ******s but not warned that hard evidence will be required.The problem was three-fold: one, ****** tells everyone to be patient because her staff is made up of stay-at-home moms (who have weekends off); two, the program is expensive ($997); and three, things are not as clear as is necessary. Heres why: #1. If youre running a professional enterprise, then you need a professional model and staff equipped to represent you; further, there will have to be people available for rotating weekend shifts so that things dont fall through the cracks. #2. At that price, you have to deliver on numerous levels; people like me arent the norm and this program is over-priced. #3. Proper disclosure is the law, and neither email nor ************** are good substitutes for clear training and communication.Review from Sarah W

I signed up for this course a little over six months ago. It is one of the best online courses out there to help with digital products. Coaches are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.Highly recommend it.Review from Gail K.

Buyer beware. I purchased *************** marketing program during a live presentation. Big mistake. The 15 day guarantee? Its a joke. First, all of the valuable content is locked away for the first 15 days until after the guarantee period so unless you are a complete green horn there is little of value there. Second, the guarantee is a joke. They have refused to give me a refund unless I do hours and hours of homework to complete the first part of their training and turn in my worksheets. Are you kidding me??? I knew from the first fast track video that this course wasnt going to be what it promised to be. It was ******* and her brother doing over an hour where hes breathing into the microphone and shes talking while writing on a white board. The video was of terrible quality and clearly demonstrated the level of professionalism going on with this trainer. Not for me. I tried to walk away quietly and get my $1000 back, but since she is refusing to refund all I can do is move on and warn others. So please think twice before taking action on one of her sales pitch calls or challenges. She comes across as a very nice person, but obviously has no true confidence in her product since she has to strong-arm people into keeping it.Customer Response

UPDATE: I was finally offered a refund after I submitted this BBB review. Before posting this review, in lieu of a refund, I requested access to the content I paid for, and was even willing to waive my right to a refund. That request was ignored and denied. So, Im getting my money back and I stand behind my review that this program isnt worth the money or time required to pursue it. If the content was good, she wouldnt make it so difficult to access it. Bottom line, if she stood behind her product she wouldnt have to build so many obstacles between it and paying customers.
