I bought a trampoline that was manufactured by Jump King. I misplaced the receipt. And some pieces were not made to fit so I found that u have to email them. No way to call. So I was trying to get replacement parts. Trying to charge me $117 for parts. Which is half the price of a trampoline. I was just trying to get the pieces to replace their junk piecesBusiness response

The product was purchased from an unauthorized re-seller. Since it was purchased at a surplus store, this is not covered under warranty as it is considered a second hand purchase. For misisng parts, customer will have to pay for them. We have provided the quotation on MArch 18, 2022 and received no response from customer.
