Starting around FEB of 2024. This compliance company has been debiting my account the monthly fee of $120 and not providing service. They dont answer emails or phone calls. I was using them for follow up dot testing that hasnt been completed in over 3 months and is really hurting my business because of there unprofessionalism. No IFTA has been filed and all my other compliance docs I need.Initial Complaint

Over the course of 2023 Purcell has taken money off my credit card totally over $1800 besides the $45 monthly they were only given permission to do. I called over 2 weeks ago to find out why this extra money was taken out. They referred it to their billing department which I have had no resolution from. I have called multiple times. All week I have tried calling and cannot even talk to a person. I have left messages to have them call me back and I hear nothing back.Initial Complaint

Continually called this company for service as contracted. They do not call back, they do not provide service. They are a fraudulent company. Stay away from them and preserve your money. We have the ******** Attourney General pursuing this company now for fraud. They've stolen thousands of dollars.Initial Complaint

I have been trying to cancel their services which is dot compliance with random drug screen consortium. No one will return my call or respond to my emails. My company is signed up with a different random consortium through a completely different company that will actually answer the phone. Issue is as a trucking company if youre attached to a trailer and have a load on its near impossible to pull into a small parking lot and it also slows the business down from delivering a load. My driver had to take 2 drug screens for 2 different companies in the same day. The one I actually signed a contract for and payed. And this one but no one will answer the phone for me to cancel their services nor will they respond to an email
