On October 6th I spotted my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon off at Doctor D's for a replacement of the rear ring and pinion. I supplied all necessary replacement parts and was told this was a two day job. The following week I wasinformed one of ****'s (the owner) employees had taken a week off and the return date for my Jeep would be 13th or 14th. **** made an excuse on the 17th he was way behind, but I would have my Jeep back the 21st. **** failed to meet this date again. Monday Oct 24th I was told my Jeep would be ready Wed Oct 26th. After stopping by this evening and looking in the window of the business all of the parts for my vehicle are in the same position they were for the last 3 weeks laying on the floor unfinished. This is an acceptable a two-day job does not turn into a 4-week job. This complaint is my first step before I file an official small claims court complaint or hire an attorney to take this business to court. All I am asking for is my vehicle to be completed operable and returned to me.Business response

There were complications. His differential lock was damage is the process of the repair. Had to order a new lock actuator. that & being extremely busy caused the delay Tell us why here...
