In October of 2021, we paid in full to have the roof repaired/replaced on the addition to our house. We were exceedingly patient as they didn't show up to do the work until Christmas week. It was quite cold and I believe they simply wanted to get done as quickly as possible. They put a different type of roof on. A week later(when it warmed up above freezing) the roof was leaking worse than before and my husband called them. No one came out to look at the roof again until March 9. At this time I was told the roof was not repaired correctly and someone would call me to decide what to do. March 18th they sent someone new out and they said they would call. It is now April 6. Yesterday my husband called them and they told him they do not warranty their work even though we have a written warranty from them. We simply want them to get out here immediately and repair or replace the roof properly so it no longer leaks.

We responded immediately to the ******** about their problem and fixed the roof for them. So this complaint is a surprise to me. I understand there was some miscommunication about what they needed from my salesman and production. Once *** was able to meet with them and understand their concerns, we immediately went about fixing the issues they had.
IF there are any further actions needed, I would appreciate a heads up.
