I paid for a plow mount from these guys a little over a month ago I had to get a new truck and I couldnt use the mount I never got the chance to even use it. On the receipt it say they charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns doesnt mention anything about once box is open or used merchandise cant be returned these guys told me I couldnt get anything back for this $1000 dollar part that is brand new. Although the receipt says they accept returns. I just dont understand why they couldnt process my return there was nothing missing I have my receipt and everything. I think its unfair that I cant receive my money back.Business response

I did not receive a refund thats why Im making the complaint I paid cash so there would be no other way that you guys would have given me a refund I also still have the parts so who did you make this refund to if so please provide proof of the refund.

We have called this customer several times and have received no response. We have also emailed a formal letter (see attached) asking the customer to please reach out to us because we have been unable to contact him. Customer can call us or come in and a refund will be issued.
