I got dental work done in December and January. Before I got it done I asked the dental office to make sure that ******** would pay for it. I had some teeth pulled, and then they told me I would pay out of pocket. I was down to my last procedure and I was willing to go on a payment plan. I got a bill in the mail for 290 for a laser treatment that I never had. I went up to them to talk to them about, and told me I had a laser treatment with my cleaning. They told me about a paper I signed but I never got anything laser related. They never showed me this paper in question. I did sign a paper for the payment plan, but nothing with laser. The insurance company wasn&#**;t paying for that and the cleaning according to them, but they did not ask me about it when talking about my insurance claim, and never mentioned it would not be covered. All I got was a water jet clean. I still never got my 3 teeth filled. I feel mislead and I just wanted my teeth worked on. I don&#**;t mind paying the bill for things I did get, but no one talked to me about it before hand, nor did I get anything laser related. When I read the piece of paper, nothing mentions the laser treatment.
