I won a ***************** Custom Flex Helmet on the 24th of March in a break site run by *********************, who has stated to me that he works for the company stated above. When I received the helmet there were scratches on the emblem, so I reached out to him. He told me to send it back and he would replace the emblem. I got into another break the last part of April, which had nothing to do with the one I won in. He told me I owed him money for the break. I told him I was going on vacation and would pay it when I got back. He said ok. Once back, he told me he was keeping the ***** helmet because I broke policy about payment for breaks. I sent him the receipt that I paid for the ***** break, which was more than a month ago, but he said that it was still a break in their policy. I also sent an email to the company he said he worked for, they threatened me with legal action. Their policy states that a break has to be paid for within 48 hours of it ending, which I did way within the break in question.
