I purchased a package for summer service in 2022. Primary reason is all the weed growth I have in the retaining walls and cracks of my patio. Plus I was going through a double-mastectomy due to breast cancer in July so I had to primarily focus on recovery. I was going to be spending a minimum of twice what I spent with a different person in '21 but it was important to make sure I had reliable service. When asked if the weeds in these areas are covered and the response was "that goes without saying".Clearly it wasn't being done plus there was a time where they flat out didn't do a service because they said my gate was locked and equipment was broke. My gate DOESN'T lock and I have no idea what the broken equipment was about? If it was their equipment, wouldn't they get different equipment??? Went back and forth due to flourishing weeds and finally they sent a supervisor out and the supervisor informed me those would not be covered. They only do weeds in the lawn.Based on all of this, I did NOT sign up for '23 service. Was solicited many times but NEVER signed up. Then when I was out of the country, I come home to notification my lawn was serviced. WHY?!?!? I did not ask or it nor did I sign up for the service. Calls, emails, social media posts have gone unanswered by the local office. Corporate claims someone will follow up. I'm NOT going to pay for a service I didn't ask for!! Not to mention, you ended up trespassing on my property since I did NOT give permission for this service. Based on the other complaint on the BBB, seems this is a trend.
