insurance benifits provider is not paying the claims/bills for myself and my wife .medical services provider has contacted them several times looking for payment for services provided. wealso have been calling weekly for updates on payment status, the medical service provider is now requesting we pay the outstanding bill or it will go to collections. i payfor this medical insurance weekly ( deducted from paycheck) and have immediate needs to retun to doctor but unable due to outstanding bills for services provided. the only information provided is "claims are in process" or waiting for bank to release funs or we just changed banks and waiting on them to release funds. as bills are over 90 days past due i will have to pay them to avoid a bad report on my credit and be able to book another appointment so that our perscriptions can be refilled. i will attach letters from service provider showing dates and amounts owed.
