We were desperate. Our daughter would only sleep with mom and did not want her dad. After working with Erica Calhoun, our little girl is now sleeping through the night and taking long naps in the crib. She loves her dad and her overall temperament has improved. The consultant used such gentle and effective skills to help our daughter learn how to sleep independently without us feeling like we were abandoning her. We hired Sleep Wise back in **** for our first born - and to this day, thanks to ****** - our daughter is still an INCREDIBLE sleeper. When we found out we were pregnant again in 2024, I immediately reached back out to ****** to ensure we could get time with her. ****** is always so quick to respond, so reassuring, and is so patient with allllll the questions that come with getting a little one to sleep. Good sleep for the family is SO important, and I am so happy we made the decision to invest in sleep so our family can thrive!Review from Bradie R

I am forever grateful for Sleep Wise and the game changer it has been for my family. I have used ****** now for both of my kids and she is INCREDIBLE. I will always request her because she is so supportive and always has the answers for us! She has become a friend after working with her for both kids. She has helped both of my kids learn how to put themselves to sleep and now we are beginning the next steps of potty training my oldest. It is not an exaggeration to say that hiring Sleepwise when my daughter was an infant is the best decision I have made as a parent! We worked with ****** when my daughter was 11 weeks old, and my daughter (and I) have been sleeping through the night ever since thanks to age-appropriate wake windows and independent sleep skills. I want to tell every person I meet that parenting does not have to be sleep-deprived! There is a better (Sleepwise) way! My daughter has never experienced any so-called sleep regressions in the past year, and she's weathered travel and illness no problem with great sleep. She's truly such a happy, rested kid and it's all thanks to ****** and Sleepwise, in particular their REM ************** and refresher support as needed. ****** and the team have helped us adjust wake windows and nap schedules as my daughter grows, which have been instrumental in making sure she gets the sleep she needs. We worked with ****** again to transition my daughter to one nap and it truly felt like reuniting with family to help my daughter learn this new skill! I truly cannot recommend Sleepwise more to any parent!

We started our Sleep Wise journey with Kelsey when our daughter was 8 weeks old. She had developed a dependency on sleeping with her pacifier and we were playing paci-pong all night long with her - my husband and I were so sleep-deprived. Kelsey gave us a guided routine to slowly wean her off of the pacifier, as well as helping us to identify other things we could do (or not do!) during the day to help with her nighttime and naptime sleep. Within just a week, our daughter was no longer dependent on her pacifier, and within a few weeks, she was sleeping through the night before she was even 12 weeks old. We now have an-almost-4-month old who sleeps 12 hours every single night, can put herself to sleep for every nap or nighttime sleep, and can stay active during daytime activities. We are SO thankful for Kelsey’s help and guidance - she provides clear and easy-to-follow rules for both parents and baby that make sleep for everyone in the house so much better. Two years ago we hired ******************************* to help with our 11 month old boy who was not sleeping through the night and naps were getting impossible. We had wonderful success with that program so we knew it was a no brainer to hire her again for our newborn. We did the newborn program and our baby is 3 months old today and sleeping through the night (we're getting about 10 hour stretches right now but we're close to getting the full 12 uninterrupted) and having really great naps. Their system really works and I would hire her again in a heartbeat. You have to make sure you are ready and willing to do the work and follow her guidance. If you are not committed to the goal of sleeping through the night then you won't get the desired results. Great program and ****** is great to work with. My wife and I tried sleep wise for our 15 month old child. We were at our ends with our child not sleeping through the night. We also do not like him crying for extended periods of time. We made this very clear to the consultant. After a 30 minute consultation call and 40 minute and 1 hour crying spell where the consultant only texts (does not call in), we decided the program was not for us. I spoke to a senior consultant *************************** on 8/29/23. She offered a dismal 50% refund. I explained that we did not receive 50% of what we were promised. She wouldn't budge, tried to offer me additional services when it was very clear that I did not want to continue with the program. When I told her I'm going to post a review on BBB, she called me "threatening and unprofessional." I don't understand how it is threatening to post a honest review. She proceeded to say that my wife said it's okay for him to cry any length as long as he sleeps through the night. We have textual proof stating that she did not but I did not want to argue with her because apparently everything I said was "threatening" to her tender sensitive soul. Now we're out over $300 and still have a child that doesn't sleep through the night. Do yourself a favor and stick to free resources online because having a 30 minute phone consultation, followed by 45 min to 1 hour of texting and then you have to resort to email communication is definitely not worth anywhere close to their price point.Sleep Wise Consulting Response

A full refund after receiving materials and hours of our providers time is not possible.

Sleep training was the best thing our family could have done!!! Sleep Wise was amazing and I loved working with *****. She was compassionate and great to work with it! Sleep Wise are absolutely fantastic, surpassed all our expectations and changed our lives for the better. In particular, our consultant was wonderful: highly responsive, professional, compassionate, articulate and incredibly knowledgeable. Overall, Sleep Wise offers a small business-style attentiveness with a big business professionalism and slickness. Our six-month old's sleep had deteriorated to the point where I was having to hold him from 3am to 7am because he simply refused to be put down. During the day he had to nap on me. It was a completely unsustainable situation. Our pediatrician recommended Sleep Wise and we bought the Diamond package. Our consultant held our hand throughout the two week training. We did pretty much exactly what she told us to do, exactly when she told us to do it. Within three days our baby was sleeping independently, and within a week he was barely crying upon being put down. Although the plan at first feels grueling because it's ************ teaches you how to fully care for your infant, ensuring he has adequate nutrition, is awake for the right amount of time, and has sufficient sleep within a 24 hour period. If you follow the plan, you don't have to worry about his fundamental well being. In that sense, I've found it to be very freeing. Although it may seem expensive, the Sleep Wise package is incredible value for money when you think about the results you can expect. I hadn't slept through the night for six months, and have now slept through the night 13 of the past 14 nights. I have been able to go back to work and perform. I strongly recommend spending the extra money on the Diamond package because you will need constant guidance on how to keep adjusting your child's schedule, and the moral support and reassurance, especially during the first 3/4 days. I really hope if you are suffering due your child's sleep issues and are considering using Sleep Wise that you take the leap. You will be so happy you did.Sleep Wise Consulting Response

We cannot thank ****** enough for her help with our 3 month olds sleep! Up until we started working with ******, our son had to be rocked to sleep and we would hold our breath to make sure he stayed asleep when putting him down. This created a huge amount of anxiety! Not to mention he never slept in his crib until now! In a very short amount of time he was able to learn how to put himself to sleep independently. ****** exceeded our expectations with her responsiveness and patience with all my first time mom questions. Also wanted to put a plug for the *** membership which provides ongoing support for our little one and has tons of resources as well.
