During installation of cabinets in our primary bathroom during the month of August 2023, ***** and his employees/subcontractors marred two cabinet doors, and incorrectly installed door and drawer handles on several others. ***** had agreed via verbal agreement, text messages, and email to pay to have the doors and drawer fronts remade by the company that made the cabinets, ***********************. The date of the last email confirmation that ***** confirmed he would pay for the remakes was September 4, 2023. I followed up with ****** and ***** a week later, then 2 weeks later. As of today, September 27th there has been no payment by ***** of Titan Flooring. I have made the down payment of $1200 in order to have ****** get started on the remakes. So I would like reimbursement and then remaining payment made to ****** by *****/Titan Flooring.
