Pools ********* manages the pool in our subdivision. There is supposed to be a lifeguard on duty at he pool at all times based on the local ordinances. In addition it is an obvious safety concern. This is not the case and the company has not addressed the issue. In addition, there have been worms inside the pool and in the bathrooms since start of the pool season. Once again, nothing has been done. I have reached out to our association and the local government to voice my concerns. I would like these issues resolved since they are paid by members in our subdivision. Thank you.Business response

The Indiana health department told our company that it needed to be a lifeguarded facility rather than a pool attendant facility 2 days prior to opening.We had to scramble to get lifeguards.All of our staff is lifeguard certified.The complainer is not correct.All hold a valid lifeguard certification.The complaint of worms was not on the pool.It was on the walls of the clubhouse.They were moths, not worms.They have been sprayed down and washed away.That is no longer valid.***************************, President(P) *****************|(F) ***************************************************
