Went to play laser tag and ride go carts on Saturday February 4th 2023 with my friends. While on the go carts I got hit 2 times in the back and ended up with bruises from my legs hitting the front of the cart and a bruised tailbone. I was told they would contact me about a refund on Monday February 6th. I haven't received any call or email. This could've been a little kid.Business response

We have incident reports and we were not aware of this. The manager working that night has no recollection of this. I'm not saying that it didn't happen but no one is aware of this. This is the first I am aware of this. I will reach out to her.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference tocomplaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.The *** of the company has emailed me and said she was not aware. She said she will review the security tapes and get back to me
