This credit union is 100% trash. They do not like or have respect for African American patrons. On May 9 2024, I entered the ** on Carlyle to deposit a cashiers check from another credit union, County Credit Union. The teller asked me if I wanted to just cash the check or deposit it. I respond, "Deposit". Receipt was given and I left. I started paying bills as normal based on the amount of money I had in my acct. On 5/11/24 I noticed I only had $32 in my acct. I called and spoke to *******. She advised there was a hold on my cashiers check until 5/20. I was never advised of that as again I was offered for my check to be cashed. She then said she would talk to her bank manager and came back and said check would be held until next Wednesday. I told her that was unacceptable as I have things coming out and no money. And also not advised of hold prior to depositing. She placed her manager, ***** on the phone. ***** advised that the teller that waited on me was new and incorrectly deposited my check. She states the teller spoke with a seasoned teller and found out that I was given incorrect information. She said I should have been called immediately but they failed to do so. She then told me to be quiet so that she can speak. ***** said she can give me enough money to cover my bills. I told her she's not doing me a favor and they failed I'm this process. And that I want all of my money as I had things I needed to do. She told me to use the money in my savings. She then hung up on me and neither her or her staff answered the phone further. These people are racist. Because if that kind of mistake mistake was made to someone other than someone who looked like me it would have been corrected. Since then they have been playing in my bank acct. I want all my money.

The Catholic and Community Credit Union refused to honor court orders.1. I received temporary ***** of ******** (over the person and estate), but they refused to honor it. They said I would need permanent ***** of ********.2. I received permanent ***** of ******** (over the person and estate), and they refused to honor it.I had the original document, signed by the judge, with the raised seal, yet they wouldn't honor the court order. I had to have my attorney get involved.Be very wary of using this Credit Union.
