So after that Thursday when they texted me they then decided to call me and what threw me off/gave me a bad feeling even more was how the girl responded. She said Oh I didnt think youd pick up after asking if it was me which I found VERY odd and asking the SAME questions/repeating what the text said which just made me go off respectfully as I could since for one I was in the middle of having a PTSD episode which I told her about plus trying to cool off. To which then she even just decided to keep me on the phone and wouldnt let me go even after I told her all this and basically repeated what I sent in the text. The next day Saturday I called and asked for my deposit back but then they told me that they couldnt give me my money back because its non refundable, that they told me before but I have no recollection of that. They even went as far as to try to guilt trip me back into going with them but all I want and need is my money back since my other animal is having health issues too which is another reason I needed it back which I also expressed to them. Like I told the business it just felt like to them it became more about the money than me and my animal since I dont know ANY other business who sends texts like that nor so frequently plus every time I called their stories werent adding up or should I say how they explained stuff their wording sometimes switched up and just seemed off. This whole situation has made me feel very dumb and just overwhelmed so if you guys could help Id be eternally grateful and so would my 3 loving babies.Business response

This complaint is not mine and should be deleted from my BBB profile
I am a franchisee in central ********** and this complaint is from ******** ***** located in ****** IL. Obviously that is not an area I cover and I receive no monies from *********
Possibly this should be directed to a different BBB profile in ******** where monies were sent/received. But it should be removed from my profile
