      We canceled our merchant account many months ago. Today I just noticed that we're still being charged a $15.95 statement fee every month. My complaint is exactly the same as several other complaints here on the BBB. Expected resolution: Stock the monthly $15.95 ACH and refund any money taken from my account post cancel of merchant services.

      The only record we have of any request to cancel their services was received on January 30th 2024.  We have cancelled the services as requested and sent notice to the client.  If the client has a verifiable record of a previous attempt to cancel these services with our office, then a refund may be issued.

      I receive an email from ******* *******, the Director of Client Relations, at Capital Merchant Solutions on May 11, 2021, informing me that the accounts with them would be closed as I had requested. Capital Merchant Solutions continues to withdraw funds from my bank account for their services despite the fact that I was told that my accounts with them had been canceled. I have tried calling their phone number and I am unable to speak with anyone there, as their phone system sends me to their voice mailbox. I have voice messages on their system, and I have not received any calls back. I have also emailed their main support email address explaining the situation and I do not receive a reply back. I want my accounts with them closed immediately and refunded all the money that they have taken from my checking account since May of 2021.

      As of today 04/24/2023, we have spoken to this client and identified the oversight which resulted in the issue related to their complaint.  The matter has been fully resolved, and a full refund has been issued.

      I have been with the company as a consumer. I’ve called all numbers trying to cancel services and collect my reserves for the past month. No one has answered the phone, call me back after leaving many messages. I’m not sure if they are closed. I’m just trying to get more information
