      After paying to wash and Dry in the middle of Drying the young lady informed us the store hour's had changed even though there was not one sign of this change and even though 18 minutes was left on the dryer for us to take the clothes out wet and leave the property.After refusing because there was no way possible of knowing this change.The Management was called and she informed us that she didn't care of it was a sign! This was the new change and if we didn't want to take the wet clothes and go she was calling the police for trespassing. As a African American woman I am appalled and disgusted that my life was endangered because the Management was to lazy to place signs. I will be contacting a lawyer because I feel I might have ptsd after the entire ordeal.

      The policy of last load in by 10 pm is posted on the door. The complainant was allowed to stay and finish her laundry. At no time were the police called.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      I never stated in my complaint that the police were called I explained that the manager stated that she was calling the police if I didn't remove the clothes. Therefore I felt she was using the police as a threat as well as a weapon something that As A African American woman I felt was unacceptable for the situation. Also the tone in this response as well as a lack of an apology which is all I asked for is the reason, I will never use the services of ********* again and I will be moving forward with posting the video to all my social media platforms as well as making a Google review and we will let the public decide after my experience if they want to visit **********

      On or around November 5, 2022 my husband ***** ***** (the info is under his name) took a two-piece Tahari Dress Suit to Starcrest Cleaners **** ******* ** ******* ** ***** to have cleaned. The suit had a faux leather trim so I attached a note stating if they could not clean without damaging trim please return. Upon tempting to clean jacket apparently leather started peeling so Starcrest returned jacket in bag stating they could not clean without damaging (the damage had already been done). My husband picked up the dress a few days later with the trim peeling & the pin still attached to dress but note warning not to clean if trim could not be protected missing. I went to Starcrest & showed them damage. Owner *****??? told me dress said dry clean & they had done their responsibility. I told him I put a note on dress warning not to clean if they could not do it without damaging it. He kept dress to resolve issue or so I thought but a week later returned damaged dress to me. Now I have a two-piece suit that has been damaged and Starcrest does not want to rake responsibility. I am very disappointed because my clothes are taken to be cleaned NOT replaced! I would like Starcrest Cleaners to replace my two-piece suit they damaged. I do not plan to patronize them again!

      I was doing my laundry and the attendant here open up my washer did not take out any of my clothes to put it in a different washer wasted my time inside of the washer and have not been reimbursed for the 225 that I have put in

      We are very sorry for this incident. We have tried contacting Ms. ********* twice to resolve this issue with her but had no luck. We will be sending her $2.25 to refund her cost of the washer.
