Paid an initial deposit of $1,944.86 on 05/31/2023. We were told the job would start in two weeks and three weeks tops. Three weeks came and went with no contact. I called *** Crockett on 06/22/2023 and asked if the guy was still coming. **** said they were having a scheduling meeting that day and he would call me last night or this morning for sure. He said the job would start in about one to one and a half weeks. He did not call me back! I cannot believe what he says any more. He is not a man of his word. After an online search, I found numerous complaints about the same issue! They simply leave people hanging.

Hello, I did talk to this client on 6/22 and explained to them we were working through the scheduling details. With the upcoming July 4th holiday, it was a little difficult at that exact moment to pinpoint an exact start date until we talked to our staff and locked in our holiday schedule. I did speak to **************** on 6/27, unaware that he has filed his complaint at that time, and did lock in a start date of Monday 7/3. I did explain that we would be off July 4th and July 5th, but would return to continue on with his project Thursday July 6th. **************** was in agreement with that scheduling approach and therefore we agreed upon a start date of Monday 7/3. Our intentions were certainly not to leave **************** "hanging" as he expressed in his complaint, we simply needed to confirm our upcoming holiday schedule before we arrived at a firm time table. Our office is open 5 days a week and **************** has my cell number he can reach me during business hours for any calls or questions.Customer response
