I purchased a wheelwell and interior glow light kit from Premier Truck Accessories on 1/18/2022. The owner installed the interior and exterior lights. I work from home and don't drive every day. I drive uber part time and picked up a customer on that Friday evening. While driving the customer I hit a pot hole and started to hear a banging sound on the side of my truck and look in my rear view mirror and see that the driver rear wheelwell light was hanging and banging on the side of my truck. I was in 2 lane traffic and couldn't pull over, by the time i could the light had broke off in the dark and I had no idea where it went. I went back to the business and spoke to the owner. He thought for certain that it was going to be the front passenger side that came lose, stating to me that he had a hard time installing these that the new trucks are made cheaply and their isn't anywhere for them to mount securely. When i explained it was the rear driver side, he was surprised. He said he would order another light and replace it. I suggested that if in 1 day and hitting 1 pot hole that it comes off maybe i should get something else that's more secure. He said he would order the light and we could talk about it. Almost 2 weeks later the light came in. I dropped my truck off to get the light installed. We had a big snow storm that came in and lots of snow. When i took the truck back they called me later saying 2 other lights were now missing and couldn't install the one they got. I recommended switching to the underglow kit because they said it was more secure it attaches to the body frame and not the plastic wheelwell. They said the would call me. 2 Weeks go by and i called them on 2/28 to see what they would do. The owner proceeded to tell me that it was not covered under warranty because it was ripped out and not his fault, also calling me dumb asking me what i didn't understand. He then hung up on me. I called back, said i would contact bbb said he didn't care.
