This complaint was taken over the phone by a CR Rep since the consumer has a disability. In September, this business installed a stationary panel for my siding H32363230**36343436H door and when it was 31 degrees below zero outside in January, the inside of the H32363230**36343436H literally shattered up after a few months. I have contacted the business about this issue and they have stated it&#**;s not their problem.Business response

In response to complaint # ******** ********************* ************************************************************. This is the first time this complaint was brought to my attention. According to our records we did replace thermopane glass on sliding door in September of 2023. I have been in business for over 40 years and if glass was installed poorly it would break immediately, not 4 months later. This is not our fault at all.
