      BBB,

      132 *************************************
      *********, ** 60164

Work was performed on 7/25/2022 @3:10pm as you can see in the time stamped photos.  The shingled roof was tarped and the flat roof was secured with tar and nails.  The complaint is we did not tarp the roof.  You can see the tarp of the roof and the sealing of the flat roof.  The work has been completed and the owner does not want to pay a bill that has already been paid by the insurance company.  All of the jobs we do are reviewed by the insurance company and our main office in ********, **.  So, if the insurance company and our Headquarters is approving the work performed and has paid the insured for the work the only conclusion that I can come up with is that the client is engaging in insurance fraud.   We consider the complaint closed and payment needs to be issued for the service performed. If you need any other information please let us know and we can provide it but we believe it is an open and shut complaint.
