Treated very poorly unfair dirt utensils and work equipment use on me and my appointment was pushed back and my results and medical history was heard by other patientsBusiness response

On Aug 24th, Tierra and her son arrived approx. 20 min late for their appointment time, but we were able to accommodate. ******* (son) appointment went without issue and was pleasant. When the Doctor reviewed ******'s xrays and did an oral exam, she diagnosed her as needing a deep cleaning, versus a regular cleaning. ****** became verbally aggressive with the Dr - who them excused herself and asked for the manager ****** to speak with her. From the the time ****** went to the exam room to when ****** left the building, she screamed at her and called her b**** and then proceeded to tell her to watch her back (in front of patients and staff). later, ****** called the office and stated again, that she needs to watch her back. Regarding the questions on her charges, the only items charged to her Insurance (St of IL) was her xrays and exam. We did tell her the deep cleaning can be sent for approval but patient was unwilling to listen and furthermore, we are dismissing Tierra from the practice and will be letting the St of IL know we are no longer treating due to verbal abuse and threats.Initial Complaint

I was told this Dental office does not accept ******** on Saturdays then I found another dentist to only be called back in to not get any service and e humiliated and discriminated against and they are stealing my insurance for no servicesBusiness response

Due to provider staffing levels, we have low av availability on Saturdays and are currently scheduled 4 months out. As we replied in the first complaint, at no time were we trying to humiliate the patient and employ staff and Dr's of diverse backgrounds. The patient had an exam and x-rays, in which the Insurance she provided were billed and there was no charge to the patient.
While we are disappointed in her recollection of the day in question, the Dr and team handled her verbal abuse and threat of violence in a professional manner.
