I purchased with an invoice on 11/21/2020 four sets of French doors to be custom made.I have a copy of the invoice. They requested a deposit of half 2,750.00$And no where did it say on the invoice that the deposit was not refundable.A year later, when construction was ready to install the doors, this company raised the price on me by 1300$. At this time at that price that became unaffordable for us. I requested to not make the doors (I have emails that they have not bought supplies or even started constructing the doors) and cancel my order. They refused after many bullying emails to return my deposit. And even said that others have tried with no avail. All I request is my deposit of 2750$ back. I can not afford their increase price!Initial Complaint

I order a barn door from them ********************************* & ******************************* on 3/11/22. I paid the deposit of ****** though Zelle to ******** as requested per invoice sent 3/8/22. I sent a text on 4/7/22 asking about when I could expect the doors to be ready. They replied 10 to 12 weeks ETA. I have sent them 4 texts on 6/25, 6/27, 6/29 & 6/30 and they will not respond to me. Can you help with this matter?Thank you, ***************************
