Spectrum is billing me for 2 months we were no longer with them. My husband called on or about June 10th requesting a lower rate for out service. They had increased our bill 3 times since the first of the year 2024. First I had to call them to add my husband to the account. We are retired, on fixed incomes and no longer can afford Spectrum. They told us there was nothing they could do for us. My husband, *****, asked what date we were paid up to, and was told June 18th. He told them to end our service with them on June 18th. Spectrum did not cut off our service on June 18th. Our new carrier unhooked Spectrum in order to hook us up with their service on June 24th. 6 days after we told Spectrum to unhook us. We have been receiving bills for the amount of $355.32 since June. We do NOT owe them for those 2 months. They were to unhook us on June 18th. I prefer email corresponding with companies so I have a written record. Spectrum does not have a customer email. I even reminded ******************** through there "live chat" that we were to be disconnected on June 18th. The "live chat" went unanswered. I returned the bill last month with the message we do not owe anything. Our service with them ended June 18th. Today, I received another bill. I am very concerned about my credit score. We do NOT owe them any money.
