      I ordered pants from this vendor using ********. The final payment was sent to them on 02/05/2023 (with previous payments on 12/25/2022, 01/08/2023, and 01/22/2023, all in the amount of $17.50). I have still not received this item, or a refund. In July of 2023 I received an e-mail that requested that I fill out a ****** form to confirm whether I still wanted my item, and that, if so, it would be sent by the end of the month. I said that I still wanted my item. However, because I did not receive my item within a month or two, I e-mailed them back and said I would prefer a refund. I have heard nothing from this business. This is happening to dozens and dozens of other people, all who are complaining on the business's social media. The person running the business is often deleting the comments asking for a refund or accountability.

      paid $25 3/21/23 for one shirt w estimated shipping time 8-12 weeks. never received item, reached out multiple times via email, instagram DM, phone with no response until 7/19/23 when madelyn sent out a mass email to the many customers she has failed to deliver products to. i filled out her ****** form asking to receive my item (as opposed to an offered refund) and have not received any further communication, much less anything i ordered from her almost a year ago as of 12/31/23. POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS - SHE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. DO NOT PURCHASE.

      I bought two products from them on March 21st and never received them. On July 19th they sent an email apologizing for not sending them and asked if we would prefer a refund or to still receive the products. I elected to receive the products. I have still not received them. I emailed, dmed, and commented on ********* and gotten no response, products, or refund.

      On March 31, 2023 I ordered a bumper sticker (**** ******** and a long sleeve t-shirt (SKU: ******** which came to a total of $51 from the OHOK Things website. The order number is *********. Since, then I have never received a shipping confirmation number and therefore, have never received these items nor have received a refund. I contacted the shop on June 26, 2023 via email, July 10, 2023 via ********** direct messages, and July 18, 2023 via email. On July 19, 2023 I did receive an email from ******* ****** (owner of OHOK Things) that contained a ****** form to help resolve the issue for her customers who had not received orders. The options were either to get a refund or receive the ordered items by July 31, 2023. I completed this form -- choosing the options to get my ordered items delivered to me by July 31, 2023. However, as of November 16, 2023, I still have not received my items. I contacted the shop on November 1, 2023 via email, November 11, 2023 via email, November 13, 2023 via ********* direct messages, and November 13, 2023 via email. I have received no responses whatsoever. I also noticed on her shop's ********* page, ************, she has deleted a post that had garnered several complaints from several customers about outstanding unfulfilled orders. This is not a one-off event where she has not fulfilled orders, this is a long pattern of not fulfilling online orders and ghosting customers when they seek any sort of communications from her. Minor fulfillment delays is one things. But still selling orders online while having unfilled or issued refunds to several customers over the last 12 months is utterly unacceptable. I just want my money back.

      Date of transaction - 3/31/2-23 Paid to business - $90.00 Business committed to provide a shirt and a sweatshirt. Nature of the dispute - OHOK things is very active on ********* as well. I had not heard from them or received my order 3 months after placing the order, so I reached out to them via email and ********* with no response. I received an email from them dated 7/19/2023 requesting I fill out a ****** form requesting my product or a refund. At the time, based off the promise of my order still, I opted to receive the product on the ****** sheet. It has not been an additional 4 months since I received that email and I have not received either a refund or my order. I have monitored this business's ********* comments and notice that there are many people commenting requesting their money back or noting that they have not received their order. It also appears that the business themselves are deleting comments with negative feedback. I have reported them to ********* with no avail so I am not here. Whether or not business has tried to resolve the problem - see above. A single email has been sent but customers have not received any refunds, or they have been done on a small, individual basis. Order Number - ********** No advertising - found the business via *********. Though I would like a refund, what is most upsetting is that this business is continuing to operate and seems to think they can just ignore the dozens of patrons that have not received their product and just keep their money. I wish for this business to be reprimanded in some fashion, or for a full refund to all customers who have not received their orders. This is not how businesses should be operating and it's completely unfair to customers.

      I paid $50 on 8/12/2022 for a pair of handmade screen painted shorts from the business. They said it would take a few weeks to create so when I still hadn’t received a month later, I took no issue. When another passed, I used their website form for “order issues” and didn’t get a response. The artist sent out an email end of 2022 saying they were experiencing personal issues making them late on many orders and asked to reply to the email if we wanted a refund or await the item to come during holiday time. I opted to still await the item and never heard anything back. When it came to April 2023 I had filled the issues form multiple times, had tried contacting the artist via social media and the emails provided on the site. No response. Then in the late spring/early summer, the artist, *******, said that there were still many orders that had not been completed and that anyone with an outstanding order would receive contact soon. That is why I didn’t report because I still hoped it would happen. I received no contact. A month later in July, ******* posted an ********* story saying they had contacted everyone and anyone still with outstanding orders should email them at a specific email (not one listed anywhere previously) and I did. Still nothing. I also needed to get in contact because since over a year had passed, even if all I could do was receive the shorts, I needed a new size than previously ordered. Shortly after that it reached a year and I have never received any contact from *******. No emails in spam or anything. I would have tried to get a refund from my credit card but too much time had passed.

      I paid ******* $40 for a tea towel from her business back on February 25th, 2023. Since then, I have received almost no communication. In May and June, I reached out to ******* Witruk for an order update or refund. Neither email got a reply. Then on July 19th, ******* sent out a ****** form to myself and other patrons regarding missing orders. The form contained an option to still get the item you purchased or get a refund. I chose to receive my item. Since then, I have reached out to ******* at least 8 times via *********, email, and comments on ******. There are hundreds of comments on her ********* (********************************************************=) and her ****** of people in the same exact situation, having absolutely no contact with *******. It is very clear this is happening with a bunch of other people. She owes many people products and money.
