Redline Towing was dropping off a vehicle to get serviced (10/18/2023) at the ************************************************************** address. In the process of them dropping off the vehicle, the tow truck driver damaged a vehicle which that vehicle is mine. They told me to get a quote for the damages done. I provided the requested information he (***) asked for and responded by saying he would not pay for that unless he got his own body shop to look at it. I said fine as long as the paint matched the repairs and the rest of the car because its a 3 step process to paint the vehicle. Since then my phone calls have been ignored and have also blocked my number. I have surveillance footage of the tow truck damaging the vehicle. I just want them to own up to their damages and pay to repair my vehicle.

My car was towed by Redline Towing on Thursday June 22nd. After the tow, damaged was found on my car by the body shop. I reported this to the company along with evidence and they refused to provide me with their insurance information. It has now been a week and I havent been able to do anything about my car because I dont think I should have to file a claim through my own insurance. There is proof that the damage was done by the company and if their insurance investigated that is what they would find, how can I resolve this?

Hello yes I am filing a complaint against this towing company because they towed my car February 14, 2023. I have not driven my car since that date. I drove my car yesterday which was March 3,2023. My tire was going right in my wheel was trying to the left taking my car to the shop today it is $4466 worth of damage to my car. I would like all of my money for *********** $2500 for me missing work . I need to get my car fixed. It is the way that I make my money. I am a hairstylist and I also do Uber on the side to make money for me and my family. I have five kids and a grandbaby on the way I do not have any extra money to be paying for things that people they are supposed to be professionals are doing taken advantage of people like me.. this company should be closed down due to. I have so many bad reviews. I wish I wouldve read them before I ever got my car towed from this place. I went the way app on my phone .

My mother was picked up by this tow company on 3-1-23 She never called this company. They just happened to drive up. Asked if they needed a tow. Obviously she did. So he loaded up the car and started to drive. At which time she asked how much. He said $500 cash. She said do you take credit cards. He said no. She felt like she was trapped. Car loaded and her and my nephew already in cab of tow truck. She relented and paid. On 3-2-23 I ********************* the son of three person this happened to called Redline towing. First questions I asked was if they accepted credit cards. They responded of course we do. So I explained that their driver charged my mother $500 cash, telling her they didnt accept credit cards. They have no good explanation on why a 3-4 mile tow of a ****** versa should cost 500 dollars.Spoke to the owner and asked for a partial refund. He even added the price was high. Proceeded to tell me he was going to fire that employee, but was not willing to agree to any refund? To charge a 77 year old with her grandson on the side of the road with a broken down car that needed to be towed a few miles is absolutely criminal. We are asking for at least half the money be returned.Unless you feel the entire amount should be refunded.Thank you

On June 29, 2022, our car was towed by Redline Towing ***** from ******* to my mechanics shop in **********. Prior to ****** (tow driver) towing the car, he was demanding we give him a tip due to the distance of the tow. He was told he was not getting a tip and to leave the car at the house. I contacted ******************* to complain, they contacted Redline while ****** was still at the door. Zohran abruptly stormed off with our car improperly chained on the flatbed. When ****** arrived at the shop, he was asked by my mechanic (******) what happed to the car as the front bumper was hanging off (dangling) on both sides and only attached at the license plate area. ****** immediately took pictures of the car on the flatbed, which shows the condition of the bumper when the car arrived. ****** took the car off the flatbed and left. When I arrived at Victors he showed me the pictures of the bumper. I immediately called Redline and spoke with ****. She asked if I could text her pictures, I did. Minutes late, **** calls me yelling and screaming. **** said he was only going to pay to have the bumper re-attached, stating ****** did not cause the scratches on the bumper which I initially thought he had; **** then hung up the phone on me. On October 3, 2022, I called **** to send him the invoice, he asked me why did I wait 3 months, said he wasnt paying, damages were already there, he then hung up on me again. I then sent **** a text msg letting him know I expected payment by October 20th. On October 21, 2022 I called back and spoke with ****** who told me he was the manager. I explained the situation, he asked me to send him pictures, which I did with a copy of the invoice; no response. The bumper was damaged by ******. Initially **** admitted he would pay to have the bumper re-attached. To date, ****/Redline Towing, Inc., has ignored my request for payment. The cost to have the bumper repaired and re-attached is $350.00, for which ****/Redline owes me. Thank you.

My starter failed in my car and I called the motor club to arrange a tow. ***y called and got a tow and was quoted $145, for a flatbed tow of 8 to 12 miles. *** tow driver arrived and advised that the charge would be $220, an extra $75.00 to use the wench and load the car. He advised that once the flatbed went down there is an extra $75.00 fee. This is important because he lied to the motorclub when they followed up. He advised that that was the cost and I could get the funds back from my motor club, I told him that this was rediculus and he advised that I had to pay the extra $75.00 to be towed. ***re is no way that this is legal or ethical. You can reach the motorclub at *************. He advised the motor club that there was a lot of extra work involved in the tow; however, he asked for the $75.00 upfront to use the flatbed and wench. He also left the car at the end of my driveway sitting cockeyed. He did not turn the wheel so the car would be straight and he asked me to help push the car. I have used this company before with no complaints,

I was in a car accident on September 22nd with my 8 year old daughter. I was hit while driving at the gas station. I got out of my car after the accident. And there was a tow truck in the lot and I didnt think anything of it. But he came up to me and told me that he could tow my car and it would all taken from the other insurance company and they do it all the time. And after getting my car towed, the other insurance company told me the amount of how much it was. And they arent paying for it because, it was fraud and a ridiculous amount of money. And he over charged me for things that werent done. And the tow truck driver took advantage of me in a time that i was shaken up. I cant get my car out until its paid. And I dont have enough money and the other insurance company will pay for it.
