The parking spot in ****************** area is running a scam. They really tried it ! And ******** in ************** is the absolute worst, they should be terminated. I have reached to Parking Spot and ******** had an attitude with me, trying to tell me I need to be apart of some club to park. The employees are rude and lack customer service. The bus driver drove past me, really the worst encounter ever with a parking situation. I would never book this place again. They are taking Advantage of the working class people. I will tell everyone in ******* dont come here. You all really lost a customer.Review from Rene O

The Parking Lot and SpotHero double charged me as well in early October 2024. Neither addresses their software glitch but only responds with stock generated responses. Plus, bus in DFW South lot had no shocks.Review from Karen W

My past experiences with 'The Parking Spot' in other cities has always been pleasant and easy to navigate and find the correct lot. The '********' location was not what I expected. Being unfamiliar with the area, using Maps on my phone to find the location at 4:45 a.m. in August. My reservation was for covered in Spot lot 3. When we turned into the property, we didn't see/notice any #s 1, 2 or 3 anywhere. We were in a hurry, as patrons to use these spots often are, turned into the first one we saw (according to our map location finder) - there was not any 'identifying 'Spot #s' on this building and no signs at 'car level' to direct to any other 'spot lot'. Upon scanning the ** it did reply that our reservation was not in this lot but didn't say 'which THIS lot # was', which would have been very helpful for us to know, the gate opened and we parked and loaded onto the transportation bus, again (no information given by the driver or a tag with our car parked spot either).Upon arriving back at the "SPOT" lot, we were on spot bus 3 in the middle of the day and it was then that we saw, way up high on a tall tall post - the signage for SPOT 3. UGH - The driver dispersed all passengers and then took us back to where we did park - I can only guess this was Spot parking 1 - still did not see any signage with a number on it. The driver couldn't even take us inside to our car, but parked on the grass, past the opening we had to walk on the grass, over a curb and into the lot. Needless to say my bill ended up being $159 more than was planned for - due to the unavailability of good communication information at the lot and online. I just looked at the 'advertised' pictures of this business in STL and the entrances are not the same as actual. My main reason for writing this review is that I feel like this is unfair marketing practices which includes terrible signage and information at car level for customers. They are running a scam operation. I too had a prepaid reservation and was double charged when I exited the parking facility. They're customer service does not respond to emails and the employees at the facility say they can do nothing to help. They are a downright fraud.Review from Maryjane J

We were double charged for parking on 4/05/2024. Once for $74.03 and once for $68.08. We have tried several times to contact company customer service and were unsuccessful. Tried several times to request a refund but their contact us is not user friendly ***************************The Parking Spot Response

Zero stars from me. I pre-paid and when I got to the parking spot location, I could not access my qr code. They gave me a new qr code and told me to contact parking spot corporate to make sure I wouldn't have any issues. Corporate never responded. I got back from my travels, expecting to be able to resolve the issue, but they wouldn't let me out of the parking lot until I paid again (at full rate). I once again tried to reach out to corporate through their online form. No one responded. I am now stuck with more than double payment for my time in the lot. I will NEVER use them again. Too bad, because their shuttle drivers are very nice.Review from Gregory D

I have used parking spot at both *********** and ***************** for at least 15 years. I have not had one incident with them. In fact, I have always found them to be very helpful. Especially at *********** because their drivers know exactly where I need to be dropped off to get to my flight. They always pick me up on a timely basis. There are just a few things you must acknowledge when you fly. You must allow enough time to use parking spot. At ***********, always at in 30 to 45 minutes to the time you allot yourself. In fact, we add an hour. We always go to the airport 2.5 hours before advertised departure time of our flight. Parking Spot has more customers than just you that must also get to their destinations. Long lines at the counters and security can be cause unnecessary stress and worry. I have read a lot of the comments and complaints on this site. I see through some of them. I believe some are telling half the story. In the 10+ times I have used Parking Spot, I have never had any of the issues reported, however I realize that am not the only customer and it takes a little time for the busses to get around. One complainant, I believe is an attempt to commit fraud.Review from Ramona F

The Parking Spot bought out ParkNFly near the *****************. They raised the prices and I could not cancel because I had prepaid. An ominous message on their site warns that you'll be charged if you don't have your QR code up when you depart. From my reservation: "Failure to use either QR code will result in additional charges, removal of any discounts, and a higher parking rate than what has been quoted on this reservation."I understand: big company bought out small company and changed the rules. It would have been smarter to give excellent customer service to keep old customers, but, no. I won't use them again.Review from Jessica H

Wow so many ent here once with the family years ago and almost missed our flight because the staff was so terrible. Today work trip luckily plenty of time before my flight. Hoping my car is not destroyed or keyed when I get back let this be a memorandum of record. The staff here is absolutely out of control and vile. I paid for a friend here to e last time and sent him with a tip wont be tipping anything here. This place is out of control if I did not have to get on a flight I would not be here right now. Def the last time
