This company serviced my car through my insurance company for repair. There was only front end damage to my car, everything else was working including my heat and radio. The car was dropped off on July 17 to be scheduled out on July 31. On July 31, my car was not completely fixed and their response was they were waiting on parts. I There were numerous calls to find out when the parts would come in and they just kept saying call back the next day to check. I called to the business Friday, November 3 and informed and was told I could pick the car up on Monday, November 6. I received my car; however, the passenger side lower light is still missing. While I was in the car driving, the heat and radio was no longer working. I contacted the business back and spoke with an ********************* and was informed they have nothing to do with the radio or heat...he stated maybe there was more damage then they saw. He then informed me to contact my insurance again before bringing the car back in for the heat and radio. ***** had no explanation of why the heat and radio was not working other than to receive more money to fix the two. My heat and radio was working when the car was dropped off to them. The heat and radio not working is their (South Loop Auto 59th) negligence and needs to be repaired by them. When I dropped my car off my odometer read ******* upon retrieval it reads *******. Someone did something to my car and they need to correct their error.Business response

******************** is very inconsistent with his complaint. The date his vehicle was dropped off was 10/17/2023 not July. Next we informed him that one of his parts was on backorder with no eta. He was okay with that. He later called about 4 days after that stating can we put his car back together the way it is and call him when the part comes in because he needed his car to drop off and pick up his kids from school. We did that he picked up his car then later called us stating the radio and heat didn't work. We informed him that we did no work on those areas and that he needed to contact his insurance company. He later told us he took out the fuse and put it back in and everything started back working again. His mileage was also incorrect in his complaint the car had ****** miles. He came back on 11/16/2023 to get the part put back on his car with no issues or complaints to us.
