Hi, my name is ******* ***********. Ive been having difficulty reaching the adjuster assigned to my claim (#********), which I filed on September 11th, 2024. Since then, Ive made several attempts to contact the adjuster and have left multiple voicemails. The adjuster did call my husband once when he was unable to talk. My husband called back and left a voicemail, but it has not been returned.The adjuster's contact information:****** ****** ************************** It has now been over 15 days since the accident occurred (our car was hit by a vehicle insured by the Pronto Agency), and we are unable to begin repairs on our family car without direction from the adjuster. In the meantime, weve had to rent a car to manage transportation for ourselves and our children.We kindly request that the adjuster contact us as soon as possible to move forward with the case. They can reach me, the one who submitted the claim, at any time. If they prefer to speak with my husband, we would appreciate scheduling a call in advance, as he is a pilot and not always available by phone.Thank you for your attention to this matter.******* ***********
