  I paid 600 dollars for a full service for my whole house to get exterminated. The company provides a guarantee if you pay for the whole house. They cane out 4times already in April and i still have the same problem

  We explained several times that her sofa in the back was heavily infested with bed bugs and that she needed to throw it out we even gave her a number to a person who can handle bed bug furniture because everyone does handle that kind of furniture. But she refused to throw is out because she had it for forty years and it had sentimental value to her. But we explain to her that as long as she kept the sofa then she would continue to have the problem. But she wanted us to keep coming back to spray it rather than throw it out. Her daughter was sleeping on the sofa and was transferring the bugs through out the house and we explained to her that she had a 30 day guarantee but we cant keep coming back out after that because she refused to throw out the sofa. So we Honored our guarantee thats why we came out 4 times. But we solve the issue in the house because she refused to listen to us and follow the instructions that we gave her. We held up our end of the guarantee but she is unrealistic and unreasonable about the sofa. We cant make her throw it out but it is an ongoing problem because the bugs have gotten on the inside and embedded themselves into the wood. And we showed her all of that but she still refused to throw it out. So there is nothing we can do if she doesnt want to cooperate. We tried several to please her but the sofa is the problem. Also, the guy in the basement said that he was also bringing the bus back into the house from his friends house and we explained to her that as he keep bringing the bugs back into the we cant keep coming back. So two things was happening at once. The sofa which needed to be thrown out and the guy in the basement who kept bringing the bugs back into the house also. So I dont know what else she want from me if she is not going to cooperate and follow instructions on getting rid of the bugs. We did our part but she refused to do her part which is throw out the sofa and stop the guy from bringing the bugs back into the house.
