04/31/2022 amount owe me $50.00 they didnt do job correctly it was instructors fault didnt guide student correctly and they seen it wasnt done correctly they are lazy. They are committing consumer fraud. They didnt provide correct tools for student and she didnt use protectant spray and didnt flat iron her hair correctly my daughters hair type is curly. They are not teaching students correctly. Im gonna file complaint with the *****.com I still tipped the young girls $5 but really didnt want too but I felt it was the instructors fault. I had spoke to Lady up there and told her that I didnt feel that that they did this correctly and she had told me to come back there but I feel like they had already spent over an hour on her hair and they were gonna further damage it because they didnt even provide the correct tools for the student but she didnt offer me no type of reimbursement or anything and I didnt feel like it was safe for my daughters hair to be put through more damageI was just gonna let this go call it a loss but my Family who are officers of the law said no thats wrong and they are not only committing fraud there job here is too be mentors to our future so u need too put in a complaint and if the school wont here u out and fix these issues take further action. And I need too set an example for my kids hes correct. That place also looks poorly maintained the lighting terrible etc.., I spoke to ***** at School she said the boss (******) was suppose to reach out to me but no response. They need to care about what they are teaching. It seems like they just want to get paid for doing nothing its not right and money doesnt benefit the students and there not getting properly train on top of everything else. Hopefully something good comes out of all this. Do the right thing and everything will be as it should!
