My girlfriend and I have had 3 phone calls with this company to schedule,reschedule, obtain a receipt, and finally get a refund. The first two calls on June 10 were with a salesperson named ******* who seemed cooperative, took our credit card info, email, and phone information, and said she would email a receipt which never arrived even after a second call. The third call was with a rude salesperson and a manager on June 13 who kept changing her story. She first said she didn't email a receipt because the payment went through PayPal which is not true. Then she said the charge went through "Square" which does not appear on my charge statement, rather it seems to have been charged directly through the company. The manager said we shouldn't need a receipt because the order form had instructions. We didn't use an order form, we made the order by phone so this is another lie. She said she would refund our money for these tickets but only after we wait 5 business days so she's sure we won't write a bad review of her company. All of the phone calls were made on speakerphone and were witnessed by another adult.
