I am writing to address the distressing discovery that you have been sharing my nonpublic information with credit bureaus, resulting in inaccurate reporting on my credit profile. This violates my privacy rights under 15 USC 1681 section 602 and 15 USC 1681 Section 604 A Section 2, which mandates written consent for such actions.Your inaccurate reporting, including incorrectly labeling timely payments as late, has caused significant financial and emotional distress. I'm urgently contacting you regarding the inaccuracies on my credit report stemming from the sharing of my personal information with credit bureaus. I'm feeling immense stress and disappointment due to the unfolding situation on my credit report. It's clear that there's an error on your end or the company's part in reporting this misinformation. Hence, I hereby request and demand that you remove these accounts from my file within 30 days, as mandated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681i), or verify these accounts.Initial Complaint

This credit union has charged my account $7,027.00 with no contact to me or any information as to why. I wouldnt have even known if it werent for me noticing that my January **** payment has increased. The charge says that it is a loan advance insurance charge. I have never asked them for insurance or any type of loan advance. I have signed no paperwork in reference to that. I initially financed my vehicle through GM financial. I later came to this credit union to do a refinance, just to get a lower rate. My vehicle has been fully insured with the insurance being paid in full since I purchased my truck. I have sent multiple emails ******************** ****************** and made multiple calls, no resolution. They have proof of my insurance. I want this charge removed from my account
