On October 29, 2020 I contacted Alliance Demolition and advised them that my commercial property that they were contacted to demolish was in litigation disputing the ownership. The Office manager was told the **** ******* ***************** who hired them did not legally own the property. A les pending was in fact recorded and court case number was offered as well. Alliance failed to make an independent inquiry and demolished the property, a Court has ruled the property was in fact taken illegally and has ordered the ownership returned to me. Had Alliance independently contacted counsel, the courts and or even my attorney the building would still be there. I ask that as a resolution the company in the least contact my attorney in a basic attempt for a amical resolution of their role in the destruction of my property despite having notice of the ownership litigation.
