This company receives data for their background checks and has no intentions of providing back where the discrepancy came from. I was told to check with the credit bureaus about an additional address they came up with that concerned me. I checked all 3 with the annual credit report that is free from all 3 bureaus and the address was not on any of the 3 as a previous address.So obviously they provide subpar background checks. I probably would not trust this business moving forward.Business response

We strive for accuracy in all checks, and have an extensive and well-established dispute process in place should there be any discrepancies.We understand the consumer's desire for transparency and a clear explanation. Turn is committed to rectifying any inaccuracies and ensuring that our background check procedures are thorough and reliable. We have taken the following steps to address this issue:
1. - Reevaluation of the Background Check Process: We are reviewing our background check procedures to identify any potential gaps or areas for improvement that *** have led to the discrepancy.
2. - Communication Improvement: We recognize the importance of clear communication in these matters. Moving forward, we will enhance our communication protocols to provide customers with more detailed and understandable explanations of any discrepancies.
3. - Consumer Outreach: Our compliance team will reach out to the consumer directly to provide a detailed explanation of the events from our perspective and to address any additional concerns they *** have.
