These are the best floors you can buy. After spending weeks looking at big box stores and at supposed high end brands like Appalachian or Mirage, I could not find anything that looked nice without excessive cost. I stumbled across PurezaWood, and the second I walked into the showroom I knew I had found my floors. The difference is noticeable the minute you look at it. I was then extremely impressed after spending 2 hours there, in which the salesperson and the owner, *****, showed me pictures, videos and samples of their floors vs. others. I am particularly impressed by how ***** really stands behind his product and offers unparalleled customer service. I have been able to call/text him to discuss anything at any time, and he even brought samples from the warehouse to my condo so I could choose between colors seeing it live in the space. He helped me coordinate delivery of the floors by organizing a quick call between the installer and the delivery driver. This kind of personal touch makes the experience so much more enjoyable and lower stress. People who know high quality floors instantly comment on the unparalleled quality of this engineered hardwood. I know I will never have to look elsewhere for hardwood floors again in the future - PurezaWood will always be my choice.

I have researched many companies and our builder recommended to visit PurezaWood. We are so glad we did. The flooring materials are very different from what you would expect from any big box stores. You get to work directly with the factory and we got the best price for a higher quality floor. This purchase was very important to us because it was a big investment for our house that we were building. I would never use any other company for flooring.

We did our research and found purezawood on ******* We are so impressed with the thickness of their engineered wood and quality of their flooring. We even recommended purezawood to our neighbors and they are super happy. Great customer service and most important beautiful flooring and quality that you really cant find in other flooring stores. Cant wait to build another house and we will buy purezawood again!

Extremely disappointed with the overall quality of the 5 wide engineered French Oak flooring system.***** did convince us of the quality and value. I would give him 5 stars for customer service and salesmanship. However, after acclimating the boards, many started to bowed. ***** advised that this was normal, but it did increase the difficulty of the install. He also inspected the installation being done by my contractor with one of his installers, and had no issues with any of it. We also installed the whole-house humidifier that ***** recommended to protect the floor, and we keep the place at a minimum 35% humidity.Now, one year after install, boards are cracking and checking, cupping, delaminating and the finish is already showing wear.I am very upset that I spent so much for such a poor quality product. Be very wary of this flooring, it is not the quality product it claims to be.

We are truly appreciative that ******** brought this to our attention. A 3rd party certified wood inspector was able to help the client and concluded that there was no manufacturer issue. The findings were minor and the cause of the concerns were due to the environment of the home. The inspector suspects leakage in the windows causing low humidity levels under ********************************** guidelines including the manufacturers guidelines. Even though it was not a manufactures issue, Purezawood has offered the client assistance and truly cares about the investment that the client made with **. That is why ******** has changed his review on the houzz website 5 stars stating "***** goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for his costumers. ***** is very helpful at educating you on the pros and cons of engineered wood floors. The humidity of your house will greatly affect your floors."
