Contact form requires you to sign up for a distribution list to ask a question. If you choose not to sign up, the form wont submit.Thats how much they care about interacting with customers.

Outdated seasoning packets in your Velveeta Skillet meals, Ultimate Cheeseburger Mac. The seasoning packets outdated in September 2023 but the box date shows August ****. Packets were very hard which is why I looked at the date and compared it to the box. Please keep in mind we prepare these meals for our families, you wouldn't want to eat anything outdated would you? Your products are great, just be careful when your staff box the product to be shipped to the stores. I have pictures but not sure if I can send them with this review.Kraft Heinz Response

I purchase a package of 2 Kraft Real Mayonnaise at ***'s a few months ago. Upon opening one jar, it smelled and tasted rancid. I then purchased a jar at a grocery store and it was okay. I purchase another jar at the same store and when I opened it the smell was rancid again.I do believe this product should be recalled as it could be dangerous if eaten.I tried to contact Kraft Heinz to no avail.************Kraft Heinz Response

I tried to tell that ******************* ***** was nothing like it used to be. the quality varied from package to package but it directed me to a paid website which i just wanted them to know the quaiilty was very inconsistant between packages. they directed me ton a website that cost money which is compeletly wrong and i will not buy they s--- anymoreKraft Heinz Response

First time purchase, I was really looking forward to tasting it. But I was very disappointed. It was not even close to ******* flavor. It tasted just like hidden valley ranch dressing, only very salty. I did check and Heinz Kraft does make hidden valley ranch dressing. I checked the flavor packet, it did say *******. I thought they had mixed up the flavor packets. could not easily send pic, but you got info. flavor packet 10G *******, **** xdm 3, kraft mac and cheese creamy ******* ***** *****, march 1 2023 use by, SS25 11:45. kraft heinz complaint site will not allow complaint to be submitted. The bigger issue would be lack of feedback to the company if a food safety issue is happening and they do not know about. There could be multi wild cherry capri recalls needed but unknown.Review from Tammi P.

I feel sick it was a ***** in my nuts can. I shared the nuts with my mom my daughter and I have been eating them then I pour some in my hand and out came a germ ***** total nasty
