      Gallery Furniture submitted a fraidulent "Bill of Lading" to *************** On 5-23-2024, I signed a sale invoice for a recliner based upon a statement the saler "Junior-Sales Manger stated and signed on a Gallery Furniture leaftet stating the the manufacturer provided a 3 year warranty on parts, labor and material. Less than 2 hours after, the sale I call Gallery Furniture and spoke to "Junior" requesting a written warranty on a Gallery Furniture letterhead letter stating the 3 year warranty. "Junior" refused my request. I then informed him that I didn't want the recliner without the letterhead letter. Weeks later, I filed a dispute with ************** concerning this matter. Weeks later, I received a reply. Gallery Furniture submitted the fraudulent "Bill of Lading" with a forged print name, signature and 6-1-2024 date to ************** as a response to my dispute. I never saw, signed or received a recliner on 6-1-2024.

      Customer ******, ****** came to our store on 5-23-24 and spoke to Junior sales manger about a recliner that he seen before at our store and junior took care of him with all the questions Mr. ****** was concerned about and took care of them all after all that Mr. ****** was happy with his purchase at Gallery furniture the recliner was delivered on 6-1-24 we have proof that he received his merchandise in good order,

      I am rejecting this response because:On 7-20-2024, I filed a report with the **** report number JH354943, Deceptive Practice or Forgery IUCR code 1120 because the merchant submitted a forged Bill of Lading to **************. If necessary, I will file a complaint to pursue a criminal charge against Junior-merchant.

      I purchased furniture from Gallery furniture where they asked me to apply for a loan. I found out that it was a credit card that they opened up instead of a loan. Then I was told that I can return furniture in 6 months. Before the 6 months is over, I called them to return the furniture. A guy by the name ** claimed that the six months period is valid and then when I called again to get the process going, a guy named ** started giving me the runaround. First he agreed that he was the first guy that I talked to initially and agreed that he said 6 months period was the agreement and just kept lying his his way for the rest of the phone conversation in which he switched words to no return then it was a week policy then it was a month policy. I have paid a total of $2176 out of $3662.75 as of 5/16/2024. I would like to return the furniture and receive all my money back since the policy for the return is 6 months and my 6 months is not up until 6/1/2024. I called on 5/13/2024. The transaction was made on 12/1/2024.

      ***************************, when she came in the store before making the purchase we told her the application checks credit and said it was ok and sign the paperwork and we delivered everything to her in good condition. customer calls 6 months later wanted to return the bedroom set and says it has warranty. warranty does not work like that, and we told her if there is anything wrong with, we will send a tech guy over

      I am rejecting this response because: I have provided proof with attachments that the purchase was made on 12/1/2023 and the call was on 5/13/2024 to return furniture. By their own written response that 6 months indeed is a policy they uphold , therefore due to the facts presented with proof of purchase and call including the response which took place today 5/24/2024 I still have the right to return the furniture and receive the money I have paid so far. It is still within the 6 months period which have not passed yet as they respond to this complaint.

      Went into this establishment due to an ********* post for a specific sofa I was interested in . They advised this was a special order but would be able to deliver to my home within a week. 2 weeks later I had the couch delivered and improperly assembled. Continued to contact the sales person, who could not get a tech to inspect my purchase for another 2 weeks . When the tech arrived he told me couch was properly assembled , yet it was visibly crooked and tilted which I does not look acceptable for a brand new special ordered couch. Nonetheless, I reached out the the sales rep, asked to speak to a manager but no one was able to provided a fair resolution to my dissatisfied purchase . Instead , they blamed me for purchasing an item online and told me theres nothing we can do when I suggested a store credit for something in their store . The staff was not helpful or supportive and continued to let me know that they could not help me. I became frustrated and asked to speak to someone above them. All they provided me was an email. It is 2024 , a day and age where things are purchased online; to say something is not returnable if a customer is not satisfied is mind blowing but even more discouraging that people own a business without good customer service or fair policies in place . I will ensure anyone I know in the *********** area knows how unfair this business it.

      everything was received in a great condition,, two weeks later customer called says the couch is uneven.
      we sent a technician over,, technician says the couch there is nothing wrong with it, 
      customer calls after that saying she does not like the way how the couch looks, 
      we explained everything for her that there is no cancellation for special order items after they've been delivered for two weeks.

      I purchased a sofa set with invoice number: ******** consisting of 3 pieces on 08.30.2023 for a total of $1432.15.It was agreed that the amount would include delivery and installation on 02/09/2023. When they arrived at the location, they reported that they could not enter one of the pieces through the elevator and that they wanted an additional amount of $150 to contact a company for installation or choose another set. I tried to choose another 3 sets, but they had the same problem upon request. When I asked them to refund the amount, they stated that they must deduct 25% of the total value.The advertisement was viewed on the Snapchat platform via the account: arabchicago The best solution for me i find a solution to deliver the sofas or to return the full amount.
