************************* On March 12, 2024, I purchased a stove 4 ********** stove w/griddle for $916.99. The stove arrived on March 14th. My husband was the person to accept the stove. About three days later I noticed when opening the door that the inside wall of the stove was cracked with the metal coming apart. I was able to put my finger through it. I called Mike's Furniture and explained to them what was going and was told that they had nothing to do about the situation. I was told to call the warranty company. Someone from the warranty company came out and I was told that this was **** Furniture issue and that they needed to care of this problem.

I purchased a bed frame from this store for my daughter who just got her own place. The bedframe, we found, after opening the container was not a metal frame bed, but a series of various sized wood pieces with about ***** nuts and bolts included. It was a wooden puzzle. We have never seen a bedframe such as this. The instructions were useless. No one could put it together. My daughter had unboxed the item and discarded the box the day of delivery. We were not aware we needed to keep the box. Our ******* came by A FEW ***S LATER to assemble the bedframe and told us what a SHODDY PIECE OF WORK THE WOODEN BEDFRAME WAS and was unable to assemble it. I DECIDED TO RETURN THE **** FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE. THE SALESPERSON TOLD ME EVEN THOUGH I HAD MY PAID RECEIPT (THAT HE CONFIRMED BY LOOKING UP ON THE COMPUTER), THAT BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE THE PACKING BOX HE WOULD NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE ****.THIS INFORMATION WAS NOT POSTED IN STORE. NEITHER WAS I TOLD BY THE SALESPERSON THAT I NEEDED TO KEEP THE PACKAGING IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE WHEN I BOUGHT THE ****. I later learned upon my returning the item THAT THE INFORMATION WAS ON THE BACK OF THE INVOICE NEAR THE BOTTOM IN SMALL PRINT. I WAS INITIALLY TOLD BY SALESCLERK THAT THE DELIVERY PEOPLE DID NOT ASSEMBLE ****S, YET TO*** THE SALESPERSON OFFERED TO ASSEMBLE THE **** FOR AN ADDITIONAL $100.00. WTH!! IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW THAT THE *** I BOUGHT IT. This is FRAUDULENT. CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TOLD AND IT SHOULD BE VISIBLY POSTED THAT WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING, A REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE ISSUED. EVEN WITH A PAID RECEIPT/INVOICE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. IF YOU DO, KEEP ALL PACKAGING OR THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY FROM YOU BECAUSE YOU DID NOT. NO STARS FOR THIS BAND OF THIEVES. PLEASE KEEP THE PACKAGING BOXS AND CELLOPHANE, ETC. IN CASE YOU NEED TO RETURN ****S. BEWARE OF MIKE'S FURNITURE ON ASHLAND!!!! WISH I COULD SELECT MINUS ZERO STARS!!!
