On 2/17/23 I received a response back from a inquiry about my hair product. The representative contact information is: *******************, her number is ************ and email is ******************************. The can stopped spraying the oil sheen and there's a lot of product left. There was some troubleshooting trying to get the image sent in order for Namaste Laboratories, LLC to release a shipping label. On 3/14/23 I emailed *** explaining to her I do not have a printer. She told me that I could just show ********** or **** the email of the shipping label and they'll scan it and they'll accept the package. This wasn't true and lead to me having to make other arrangements. I mentioned about being compensated for my bubble mailer, gas, and printing charge that I accumulated in order to get my defective can sent on its way. Unfortunately those things were disregarded. I got a phone call at the END of April from a customer representative confirming that my defective can was received. Namaste Laboratories, LLC offered me a 10% off coupon at first. This didn't even cover what the oil sheen cost, I told him I just wanted a replacement. He said they were out of stock. I asked could they offer something else because it's been a very long time trying to get this issue resolved. He started to raise his voice and became very rude. I told him that I waited for such a long time that I really think that they could do better than the 10% coupon so he offered a 20% coupon and that was really the best and final the company could do. I just wanted to them to treat their customers with respect and with care. I wasn't looking to be treated like this and that's why I'm reaching out BBB. Another customer representative reached out from a private number about a week or so ago and wanted to know if I've gotten a replacement of Oil Sheen yet. I told her no. Hello I ordered from ORS hair website on 03/14/2023 they emailed saying my package will be delivered on 03/19/2023 it hasnt been delivered now its saying a delivery date will be provided as soon possible its going on three weeks now I emailed no response i contacted them verbally left two voicemails once i finally talk to a representative on the phone i get the same person saying the supervisor is going contact me. the supervisor never contacted me honestly i feel this website is a scam i havent received my merchandise the customer service is very horrible and rude .Business response

We have researched the case and despite ** shipping the order, it never arrived to destination. We have gone ahead and issued a refund for the full amount. It should clear by tomorrow.

ORDER #***** Amount paid:$35.97 Tracking: 1Z8A4W23YW17582211 I ordered Professional Neutralizing Shampoo (**** oz) 2 on January 23,2023I received notice a tracking number was created and label printed on January 24,2023. I have yet to receive my products. I contacted customer service via email was told it was a system error and they will look into it since then all communication has stop and I havent heard back. I ordered two Color Blast Temporary Hair Makeup Wax (Bodacious Blue) (Order *****) on accident and e-mailed the company within approximately 10 minutes after my order notifying them of the mistake. No one answered my e-mail. I then called on 01/19/2022 and the customer service agent stated that the product had been shipped. Overall, the call was disorganized and the customer service agent kept putting me on hold and calling me back on a private number. I received the product 01/20/2022, with my other order (*****) which I made shortly after the previous order in which the mistake was made. I called on 01/20/2022 on numerous occasions being sent to voicemail and then someone called me from a number labeled ******* stating they were from the company. I ended the call. Today, 01/21/2022, I called again about two times, left a voicemail, and sent another e-mail. Someone called me back from a private number and when they began speaking about the return process the phone's sound kept cutting on and off. I told them to e-mail me the return instructions, they have not. I would like a full refund for both orders ***** & *****. I don't trust placing a product in my hair from a company that operates this way and I am not 100% happy with the ingredients.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: You all refused to respond to me. Therefore, I filed a complaint through paypal and they provided a refund due to your lack of response. Please do no provide a coupon code or claim that you provided a refund when I had to file complaints with multiple organizations, paypal provided me a refund due to their customer protection policies that protect customers against unethical companies like you.
