I have had these hearing aids a little over 2 years. Original charge was $5,000.00 . I still owe over $3,000.00 I think I am paying too much . I would like an explanation of the charges for why they are so high when hearing aids are $900 a pair.Business response

Hearing aid costs are determined by the type of hearing aid it is. What features are available, such as wireless, background noise suppression, rechargeable. It is also determined by after care for the life of the hearing aid as well as it's warranty duration. Typically a pair of $900 hearing aids do not have all of the features or after care/warranty that Beltone hearing aids have.Customer response

The purchase agreement that you signed is legal and binding in that state and lists what the costs will be if you lose you hearing aid. You should refer to that contract or reach out to the office where you purchased them.Initial Complaint

September 24, 2021. I purchased a hearing aid from Beltone at *******************************. From *************************. It doesn't work and the batteries won't charge. Cannot get in touch with anyone. The office has a for sale sign now. Called ************** and it's not in service.Business response
